I chose this place for a women’s weekend retreat and am thrilled that I did! This place was charming and functional. Very clean! A fully stocked kitchen to cook. They even had a “s’mores kit” to enjoy by the bonfire! Wood burning stove in the home kept it so warm and cozy. The front porch with two wooden rocking chairs were perfect for morning coffee and listening to the variety of birds chirping good morning to us. So close to town and you could get to a store within 5 minutes yet with a yard so secluded and private as well. I can’t wait to come back when out of town guests come to visit!

We really enjoyed your stay and would love to stay here again. It was very quiet and had a great outside area. It was also close to all the attractions around the Smoky Mountains.

Very peaceful location close to Maggie Valley and amenities needed. Very clean and well stocked, even everything needed for a smoores at the fire pit on a beatiful mountain evening.

I couldn’t have been more happy with this place! Impeccably clean and charming. The bonfire pit was well used by us. Plenty of wood was supplied. Also the wood burning stove inside was great to use. The rocking chairs on the porch were used for morning coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to all the birds. Delightful! The response time from owner was immediately when asking questions about the home. By the end of my stay I was ready to move in! I was sad to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Waynesville is a great location. The house wise stocked with all your needs! Great weekend get away!

Great property with a perfect location! Within an hours drive you have Asheville, The Biltmore, Hendersonville, Harrahs Cherokee Casino all nested in the mountains which provides hiking fishing, beautiful views. The home is perfect for a small family. Very clean and great Host. Will return!
