great breakfast, pool accommodation of towels and bathroom area, wish it had a hot tub there was a lot of the kids in the pool. good dog area, place has a tropical feel. room was exceptional clean was very much appreciated. no issues with loud people, love the extra water bottles in the room, love there's a water bottle filling machine in the hallway. everything was really nice. our new go to for visiting medford.

children running around not accommodated with any adult supervision. noticed it was an event that's why, but overall minus the amount of unsupervised kids it was great!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Medford Margaritaville, We enjoyed both stays, The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious with great choices. The attached restaurant was goo and with many choices. We highly recommend this facility

The vibe and decor made it feel as though I was on a lovely vacation instead of work! It smelled good, the breakfast buffet was perfect.

I didn’t like the property. Actually, my vehicle was robbed of a full tank of gas, someone drilled into the bottom of my tank and I actually was out of a vehicle for a week.

After calling the faculty and asking for records of cameras, they said they’d look and get back to me and they never did

My dog and I were stranded due to weather closing the freeway. I was able to make reservations and get a room within a few minutes. The staff was very accommodating. They even had toiletries to give me as I had nothing with me. It’s a beautiful hotel. Sitting in the restaurant for breakfast, it felt like I was at an island destination instead of in Southern Oregon. The room was clean and beautifully decorated.

I was very happy can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Room, bed, and bath were all great. The full service restaurant was a pleasant surprise for a hotel this size. We had the nachos with chicken and beer.

Wait staff was inexperienced. Complimentary breakfast was not as well stocked as competitors, but was pleasant overall.

no info in room, cover over air conditioner was bent out with a big gap where I could look outside through a hole in the wall.

The shower had such a fine mist. Guess it’s a water saver, but it was difficult to even rinse soap off, I didn’t even attempt to wash my hair

This is a fun beautiful facility! A lot going on if that is what your looking for. When I first arrived there were several parties going on from birthday, Bachelorette party and baseball tournament players staying with them so it was busy and a fun atmosphere. Drinks and food were good!

I didn't have any complaints. The front desk asked me what floor I wanted to be on and I said somewhere quiet and I was put on fourth floor where it was quiet. So no complaints!
