This property was perfect for our family of three! It is very clean, nice, and comfortable, with a ton of natural light and all you could possibly need in terms of kitchenware and entertainment. The location is incredible - close to the pool, beach, and town area! We absolutely loved it and plan to stay here again next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Blue Carriage House. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our group. The layout was perfect for us. The property was clean, well furnished, and a perfect location.
We are looking forward to planning our next trip to Rosemary Beach and will definitely choose this property again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tuscan Blue. The location to the beach and pool was extremely convenient. The street was quiet and charming. We have 3 kids under 5 and the bunk beds (plus a pack n' play) worked perfectly for our family. The property was clean and very well managed. The property even has a nice surprise for kids ... definitely recommend and would book again.

Property is extremely clean and well maintained! The communication and instructions from the property manager were great! A bedside lamp in the master bedroom would be a great addition as well as two more comfortable chairs in the living room space. The single couch just isn’t enough for comfortable relaxation and TV watching when the space accommodates six guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Proximity to the Coquina Pool and the beach is perfect! We would definitely come back to this property again!

The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and sits in the absolute perfect part of town. The Coquina Pool can be seen from the deck. Just walk across the alleyway to the path and you’re there. The beach walkover C is a s1 minute walk from the house. The outdoor shower is heated so if you’re there in cooler weather you can comfortably rinse sand off with the warm shower. You don’t need to use a car for anything unless you need a stop at the grocery store, and Publix is a 5-min drive west on 98. Rosemary Beach is a beautiful and charming town and this house will suit a family of 4 very comfortably.

Exceptionally clean, check-in and out very professional, and the property was modern and had everything a family could ask for. Highly recommend and will come again!

We went to Rosemary to celebrate a close friends sons engagement. We had 4 adults in our place and it worked out perfect! Very clean and comfortable! Excellent location to the beach and to the main area of Rosemary. The only recommendation would be to add a few hooks in the smaller bedroom. There is not a closet in that room and all of my cloths were hanging. We made it work … had a great time. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for enabling us to have a beautiful fall weekend away!

Tuscan Blue was a superb Carriage house - my sister and I stayed with our kids (3 between us) for a sister/cousin get away. We love the neighborhood and it's closeness to the ocean. The home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with a simple, modern touch. It was everything we needed to enjoy our time together. We are already trying to align the kids school schedules to return next year!

We were delighted with the cottage house. It was the perfect size for two and had everything we needed. The only negative was a scratch on our car. The parking in front of the garage was not ideal and our car got keyed or scratched by someone passing by walking or on a bike.

Might consider bedside lighting for reading, but that was minor.

This property was located in amazing vicinity to Coquina Pool and the beach crosswalk. We stayed here with our three daughters and found it a perfect fit for our needs! We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, as that is hit or miss with beach rentals usually. Thanks for a great stay!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Rosemary Beach; the Tuscan Blue was a perfect house for our trip.
Very clean, tidy, fresh, and offered a great view. No complaints and highly recommend!

We stayed at Tuscan Blue over a long weekend with our three young kids. The queen sized bunk beds were a huge hit and provided a great separate space for them. The casita is located steps from the Coquina pool which was pleasantly warm despite being outdoor. You can bike or walk to everything nearby. Highly recommend!

We had 4 couples staying in various carriage house. Ours was the best of the 4. Easy to find. Great location. Easy walks to town beach and pool. Well equipped apartment with all new appliances and top of the line. Only two minor complaints:
Lack of blinds in main living area and no bedside reading lights in the main bedroom.
We will definitely rent again when we return!

We have stayed in Rosemary many times and this is by far our favorite carriage house. The lay out of the rooms and tall ceilings makes the space feel large. Plenty of drawer space, brand new washer and dryer, outdoor enclosed area to store beach gear, AND the location is awesome. Literally right next to the pool, beach, and shops.

Close to the beach and pool! Such a cute carriage house! We had a wonderful fall break. We want to return soon.
