nice and cozy

Overall it’s a great location, small and cozy. The hot tub was so nice to have. The only downside was the backyard was quite rough though, we found class, a razor blade, etc. also if you have pets watch out for a thousand little prickers from the weeds. We are constantly pulling them out of their paw pads and our own shoes, hopefully the owner can do something about them.

The Coyote was cozy, clean, and convenient. Hot tub and yard is great. Thanks!

Cute little house that’s very well maintained and impressively clean, walkable to downtown Joshua Tree. We were surprised to have a Dollar General right across the street but the owner has done everything possible to make it a nice place in spite of the neighborhood. Hot tub was great and we appreciated the tall fence and washing machine.

Perfect for our trip to Joshua Tree the location is convenient as it is close to the west entrance and north entrance is easily accessible from the highway.

Beautifully renovated and clean home with everything you need. The location is perfect to explore Joshua Tree and the surrounding area. Will be back!

Everything was great.

Quiet location, comfortable accommodations in the house, a large back yard and easy to get to all surrounding towns/attractions. Really enjoyed visiting Joshua Tree National Park.

It’s in the perfect location and the house has all the amenities you could ever need! The host was quick to respond to all my messages and was beyond helpful.

Dean's home was great! It was my parents first time in California let alone the desert and this home perfect for 5 guests. Super convenient to everything in town as well. Would rent again!

Exactly as pictured. Location close to Town & National Park. Well done interior, amply provisioned. Lovely backyard. Good hammocks and hot tub. Only downside was road noise being close to CA62. Good place to stay. Very good host.

Oh, where do I start? The Cozy Cottage is adorable! Being someone who cooks, the kitchen was well stocked. I left a lemon/lime press behind so enjoy your margaritas with fresh squeezed limes. 😉 Cooking with a gas range is a dream. The rooms are comfortable and have more than enough room for two occupants. The outside space was amazing. The weather was cold as it was still early in Spring and there was a wicked windstorm the day we arrived, but that didn’t stop us. The hammocks are relaxing and a great place to look at the night sky. The hot tub was a morning and evening must, so lovely! The cowboy pool was too cold but I imagine it’s refreshing in the heat of late Spring through the Fall. The cottage is an easy and fairly short drive to the West Park entrance so it was an easy in and out for our adventures. Overall, it was a 5 stars. I would stay here again.

Clean and as advertised bungalow.

We absolutely loved staying here and would come back. The decor was wonderfully desert chic and the backyard was so spacious. I came with my partner and another couple friend and there was plenty of space. We loved using the fire, hot tub, and laying on hammocks. Joshua Tree town is so tiny, it was easy to walk to the handful of places to eat. Park is an easy drive and nice to come home to such a peaceful house! Dean was excellent w communication (very responsive w my two messages) and had an easy house handbook/manual. Wishing we could go back already…

House was clean, modern and as described. Perfect for one or two couples. Fully fenced yard, great for dogs. Plenty of outdoor space. Dean was communicative and kind. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed out stay at Cozy Coyote. The house was nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location was right in town but close to Park and you can walk to restaurants.

Great little two bedroom, one bath home. Nicely decorated and great backyard. The Spa was perfect. Good location to the park, shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

This house was perfect for my husband and I, with plenty of room for another couple. The house was so cute, felt like something out of a magazine. The hot tube was perfect to come back to after hiking all day. We also enjoyed the hammocks! Overall a great place to stay!
