Great beach house! We were pleasantly surprised that new steps had been installed for direct access to the beach. The upper deck flooring was a bit weathered, so shoes were definitely needed to avoid splinters but definitely not a big deal. The few minor issues we had, were addressed quickly by the property management. A few more indoor comfortable seats would have been nice as there were just 2 sofas besides the bar stools and table seating. All that said, the house was beautiful and professionally managed so we would certainly recommend it and would love to return.

We had a great time on our short stay. The property was clean and the open concept layout of the top floor allowed our entire family enjoy each others company while keeping an eye on our curious 2y.o. It was great to be able to just walk out on the beach, those who wanted to sit and enjoy the sand and waves all day did, and those who wanted to enjoy the deck did their own thing. The deck was great as some days were a little too windy for the beach. Each family had their own bed and bathroom. Town was very quiet, with short drives to restaurants. We had a miscommunication with the rental services in getting chairs etc. (make sure you rent a week in advance!) but they were able to recommend a company to help us out. Overall, great stay. Sad it is over.

Beautiful view and wonderful friends saved our vacation!

It is great for families with children, you can head to the beach and quickly head back to the house for lunch or snacks. The house was beautiful and well-kept. The only downfall is the house does need some repairs; the couches were very worn down to where you could see the inside stuffing, the door wall tracks were very rusty and difficult to open doors, the freezer and icemaker did not work. We called maintenance and they sent out a technician, however, was unable to fix the ice maker. The maintenance man did state this property was just purchased, and the owner is updating doors windows and deck. I hope to come back to this property next year to see its updates.

The laudry service was great and when we had questions about the house we received prompt responses. The view of the beach was amazing and it was so convenient to walk on the beach. Great vacation!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and has all the amenities of home. I would recommend bringing extra kitchen (hand) towels if you plan to do most of your cooking in house. Other than we lacked for nothing!
