Spacious condo that allowed our family to gather or spread out over our stay. The zoned AC allowed for our bedrooms to be at the temperature each felt most comfortable at. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals when we weren't eating out. We used the snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrella almost daily. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We used the foosball table and the pool frequently. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The property has been updated with nice kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, and furnishings. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. Each bathroom is updated and even the towels were very nice. The Master Bathroom is gorgeous with a large shower. There are AC units in every room so you can control the temperature in the individual rooms. The TV's in every room are a nice touch. The pool was very nice! It wasn't crowded when we were there. The property is close to grocery stores, beaches, Food Truck locations, etc. The Washer and Dryer were very handy for us to wash our clothes from our daily excursions. Parking was easy in the Resort Lot. Communication with the owners was great! All details for check-in and check-out were provided in advance through emails. There's also a very detailed handbook on the coffee table with all the information you could ask for like restaurants, resort info, check-out instructions, etc. There is a flight of stairs outside to the unit and also a spiral staircase inside to the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom doesn't have its own door and is open to the floor below. This wasn't a problem for our family. This is a great property to stay at for your visit to Maui!

We stayed with 6 adults and two kids under 4, and we had lots of space. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and the location was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was wonderful in Maui. We enjoyed the condo and pool. The bbq area was not inviting and we didn’t like seeing the vehicles in the parking lot under tarps (it looks trashy)

We are a family of 7 with kids ranging from 16 to 1.5 years old. There was plenty of room for us and the unit was clean, updated and centrally located to a number of different areas of the island that we had planned to visit.

We had a glorious time and truly enjoyed our trip. The property was clean, quiet, and very spacious. Easy check in and the unit had everything we needed. We will definitely book here again!

The unit was nicely finished and the kitchen well equipped. Easy walk across the street to Keaka Beach. Within a mile of restaurants and shops, and easy walking. Property owner and manager were very easy to communicate with and very nice. Great place for our adult family of six to spend a week! Mahalo!

Sandy’s place was a great stay for my family. It served as the central base as we explored all of Maui. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was very well- furbished. My family loved the access to the pool and the unit was well-cooled with the ACs! We also made use of the tennis rackets and beach towels and we would definitely stay there again

Stayed here with cousin and their three kids. Place was perfect. The bunk room was great for the kids. While the unit was nicely updated and well equipped. Everything was very clean and neat.
There is a pool, tennis and ping pong to keep the kids busy and entertained.
We walked across the street to the beach when we weren't out exploring the island. Town is not within walking distance but close for a quick car ride.
Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Nicely maintained with really helpful beach equipment and well-equipped kitchen, and in unit washer dryer making a family trip as easy as possible. Walking distance to nearby beach and a short drive away to the famous beaches making this a convenient location.

It was a great place for our family to stay! Good location, clean, and comfortable. It had so many great things to use like beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkles, life jackets, and floaties.

Koa Resort 5i was amazing. Beautifully remodeled, loved it as it made our stay so warm and welcome. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked in all but 2 nights of our 7 night stay. Lordes was so helpful, pleasant and attended to our every need. The linai was the best too as we were all able to enjoy the great outdoors and watch all the little geikos run by. Across the street from the beach was so amazing as we went for a morning walk daily, even saw a turtle on one of our adventures. Everything was fabulous! Loved this resort, would love to visit in the near future.

Perfect property for a group up to 7. Two adults and 5 teenagers from 16-19 and we had plenty of room!

This unit housed our family of 8 comfortably. Nicely updated unit with a lanai that gave us some extra space. We couldn’t have been happier. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time in Maui thanks to Todd and Sandy. Pre-trip questions were replied to quickly and we were able to resolve the very minor issues while onsite. From my seven adult kids' standpoint, the condo supplied everything we needed (except groceries of course), though they might have a different opinion about the bunk beds, haha. They were good sports about it! The condo itself has been nicely decorated and updated and is in a good location within Kihei. It's close to restaurants, supermarkets, and there's even a beach across the street. The local contact, Lourdes, even answered a couple of questions via phone and text quickly. Mahalo again Todd and Sandy.

My family stayed here for a week long getaway. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Costco and Walmart are short 20 min drive which helped save some $ since we ate in most of the time. Kitchen is well stocked and we like that they kept leftover seasonings and condiments from previous tenants. The pool is heated to the perfect temp , very clean and nice and deep. We spent many hours on the lanai in the morning and evenings as the trade winds were pleasant. The chairs and beach umbrella went with us to all the beaches we visited in kehei and wailea. There is also snorkel gear and a couple body boards which were perfect. Having AC really made the condo comfortable. And that shower!!! Everyone used it. Very spacious. Management was great to work with and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. No complaints. Would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. It is a great place to stay with family and friends. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and things required for cooking. They have high chair for toddlers, beach chairs, boogie boards etc that you require. Would definitely recommend this place.

Plenty of space for our family and our friends we traveled with! Very clean and loved all the extras that made our outings easy (coolers, sand toys, life jackets, boogie boards, etc). The pool was a huge hit with the kids and we were able to cook meals at the condo easily and relax when needed. Would definitely recommend this condo for a family and would love to book this for our next trip to Maui!!

We had a great time at this condo as a family of 5. It is a lovely space with lots of room, it is just like the pictures. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils etc. The inclusion of things like tennis rackets for the tennis courts, beach chairs and boogie boards also made it easy to go out and have fun! A bit further from the best swimming beaches, but the beach across the street was lovely for walks, whale watching, and turtle sightings.

A great place for my family and parents to enjoy/relax while exploring Maui. Centrally located to all island activities and short drive to food/shopping options. Communication with managers was prompt and the local point of contact was very helpful providing options for grocery storage before checkin. Thank you!

Very clean and well renovated property in a great location! The bunk beds were perfect for 5 kids and the air conditioning in each bedroom was nice. The location is perfect too for families when you need to run to the store or are looking for a restaurant. Highly recommend!

Only issue - if there is one would be the spiral stairs to the master bedroom. A little challenging for older folks and getting luggage up there. Other than that we absolutely loved the place. Loved the lanai and view from it. Very well stocked for all of our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time in this unit but second stay at Koa resort. Can't say enough good things about this listing and the owners. The unit is beautifully kept and maintained. The A/C works great, there are a ton of beach and pool toys, sports equipment, and a cooler. We had no kids with us but there was a pack and play and a stroller in the unit if you have little ones. The beds and pillows were top quality, plenty of towels, everything you would need. The only thing I think renters should be aware of is that the main suite with the King bed is in a loft space that is very much open to the downstairs. Worked great for us but any noise downstairs is heard loud and clear up stairs. Definitely not a reason to skip this fabulous unit but something to be aware of as you plan who sleeps where. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds so plenty of room for kids. Again, this was a top quality place to stay. We walked across the street most nights to watch the sunset. The pool at the Koa Resort is simply the best I have seen. Immaculately clean and large.

Beautiful artwork and thoughtful add ons like beach toys, lots of towels, coolers, and nice shampoo and conditioner. Great location across from beach with pool and hot tub onsite. Would highly recommend for adult and/or families.

This condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with all you could need to get started for vacation! The bed were comfy, which is important when you’re staying for more than a couple days. Communication with the owners and property manager was excellent, as they were very responsive. The location was centrally located too. We are very pleased with our stay!

Overall, we had a great experience. The remodel was very nice and just as described in the listing. The upstairs area is very nice but not what I would consider to be safe for children. The spiral staircase leads to an opening without a door or complete wall. We had originally planned to put my daughter and her family in this room but had to change the arrangements as they have a 4 and 2 year old.
The house was clean with the exception of the ac units (both inside and out). They could use some attention.
The house comes with lots of extras. My grandkids loved the beach toys!
The condo complex is somewhat outdated but the inside of this particular unit is very nice.
I am quite certain there was a homeless person living in/around the trash dumpster. We didn’t discover this until our last night or we would have reported it to the property manager.
As stated earlier, overall, we had a wonderful vacation in Maui. Other than the minor things listed here, the place was very nice.

We six friends wanted to gather for a Meditation Retreat on Maui, and this condo was our base. It provided us with hot water for cooking and bathing, separate cooling controls in the bedrooms, beach supplies, and just enough space for six people to dance around each other as we cooked, dined, and meditated together. We enjoyed the grounds, the pool, and the proximity to the beach. Thank you!

This place was very nice. Clean. It has a good location across the beach. It was a bit more smaller than how it looked in the pictures.
Front side walk was under repair so there was a lot of noise very early in the morning.
But overall our stay was okay.

We definitely got lucky when this place popped up! The entire place was freshly remodeled and it was perfect for two couples plus three teens. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us to be comfortable and not feel like we were tripping over each other. Everything was clean and tidy. My personal favorite was the master bathroom! That shower is to die for! All of the a/c units made for a very comfortable environment no matter what room you are in. The owners did a top notch job with this remodel and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great! Everything we wanted to do was just minutes away. You won’t be disappointed booking this place!
