La atención de las recepcionistas es muy buena, todas son atentas. El precio es bueno, pues está en una zona turística.

Que no sirve el agua caliente en algunos baños y hay que compartir el baño, pero para el precio que dan está bien.

Was spacious and clean. Had a whole dormitory to myself. Bathrooms were good. Staff were friendly. Overall a very good experience, but it was only for one night.

Non of these are deal breakers. Didn't get a tour of the facilities, but I checked in very late. The dorm doors have locks, but no key, and the windows were always open, and the lockers were the same, locks but no keys, so not great in terms of security for your belongs. The dorm windows looked into the courtyard so could hear everyone stalking and talking.

There was no air conditioning nor fan. So if you are too sensitive to warm conditions you must avoid picking rooms with volcano or mountain views, instead pick a room in the first floor. WiFi was not good, the signal is too weak often.

The window and fact that isrealy guys stayed drinking till 3am inside next to my window even though my airport shuttle was coming at 4am . It was terrible they kept me up and no one control this .

The room was unbearably hot, we slept with door open which leaves the room and stuff vulnerable. Roof top has no shade.

There was no air flow. The windows didn’t open and there was no fan.

I slept like a baby in the bed I was given, a much needed rest. The staff also came to let me know when my shuttle had arrived as I almost missed it.

Small rooms, so it was a bit tricky to store bags, not very social (pro and a con).

Hotel has the perfect location

They charged 5% due to card payment but dis not wait till my arrival to ask me how I wanted to pay. unfortunately there was no hot water and it took a day to fix.

Extremely rude staff, horrible beds which are too tiny for 2 people. Extremely hot in the rooms and super noisy. The reception staff starts making loud noise at 6am and don’t care if you ask them to be silent as the litteraly wake you up. Would never dtay again.

Room was basic in the extreme, with awful lighting (only overhead, no side table lamps). But BY FAR the worst aspect was the access "system" of having a doorbell ring all night for guests who are out late. Our room was right behind the reception and not only did the doorbell LOUDLY ring repeatedly all night, waking us up every half hour, but also at one point there was no one available to answer so we were subjected to 20-plus minutes of ringing, banging, and shouting as we tried to sleep. When I went out to try to protest, the guy at reception said "no puede hacer nada" (there's nothing I can do). Bad service, bad system, bad value.

Worst thing- the staff. They were very unhelpful. I forgot my charger at the room, came back the day after to ask if the cleaning team found it. The same receptionist that told me they found nothing, was literally using it in the reception. No luggage storage AT ALL for the first two days. Came back from Acatanengo and had to beg to leave my luggage so I don’t have to carry it around town for 3 hours!?!?. Squeaky beds, can’t sleep because people keep ringing the doorbell at all hours of the night. Location is why I gave them 2 stars and not one.

Basically kitchen doesn’t exist, there’s a place you can hang out and warm your food but that’s it. The beds didn’t have curtains so no privacy at all and I was in a mixed room, where is even more important The locker wasn’t available for me bc someone else’s stuff was there

the building was really nice and actually more than I was expecting. We paid for the two twin rooms in the third floor each one with a private bathroom and it was excellent

the only thing is a little bit troublesome is the parking, they don’t have one and we ended leaving our car really far from the hotel. Because it is a really small hotel they don’t have breakfast included, but you can find really good options very close.

Super friendly staff, especially the lady working on the desk during the day. Rooms and communal spaces kept very clean, wifi is good, showers have warm water, nice rooftop terrace. Great decor throughout. Really good value for money!

Would prefer (lockable) lockers in the dorm rooms rather than the cabinet provided

the door didn’t even locked. the man helping was unhelpful. as a woman traveling solo, I would not recomend this hotel for safety reasons
