Tutto perfetto,pulito e accogliente. Ottima posizione, Matera magica atmosfera. Tutto a pochi minuti a piedi.Colazione super,vista mozzafiato.Consigliatissimo.

Not a biggie but the water boiler is smallish for two people to shower one after another

La posizione eccellente in mezzo si sassi, invidiabile in inverno con pochissima gente Casa grande con cucina nuovissima e attrezzata, frigo, ampio soggiorno, bagno grande. Una pace assoluta

Forse la colazione non alla altezza della casa, aggiungerei qualche prodotto fresco. In ogni caso sufficiente.

La posizione e la camera era accogliente

Da migliorare alcuni aspetti che riguardano la camera , la colazione e il prezzo secondo me eccessivo per quello che offre

Camera in grotta molto suggestiva. Comoda, pulitissima, silenziosa e sopratutto nel cuore del Sasso Barisano... A pochi gradini dal Duomo. Ottimo rapoorto qualità prezzo.

Aggiungerei solo un doppio cuscino.

Un bellissimo weekend in una città dei sassi UNICA al mondo. La nostra location era nel centro del Sasso Barisano, camera tipica del Sasso, ben arredata, ottimo il bagno. La colazione va un pò perfezionata ma il frigo era pieno ogni piccola tentazione.

Idéalement situé ! Une vue exceptionnelle ! La terrasse sur le toit est un plus de chez plus !

Le lit et le convertible dans la même pièce … sans grande séparation ! Le petit déjeuner pas top ! Pas de carte pour choisir si sucré ou salé … on devrait nous proposer un chois . Cela a été un gâchis de laisser les croissants au jambon .

Beautiful location and lovely modern accommodation

Great location, the bed is really comfortable, the apartment is really spacious, they provide the daily cleaning services and deliver the breakfast to the apartment every morning. The host lady is really helpful with all the guides around.

The floor of the apartment needs clean properly and the kitchen need more appliances.

Smack in the middle of old Matera.

The location is central, as in, in the old part. However, if you have mobility issues or you’re elderly, this isn’t the place for you. One of the rooms was ground floor and it only had a glass door, so practically, people could open the louvers and watch you sleep . .

Everything. The apartment was bigger than i expected. It's well renovated and well maintained. All the funiture and cutlery looks quite new. Terrace on the top floor was amazing. It was the maybe the best feature of this apartment. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning so it was good to have it in the terrace looking at the view of Matera. There's also small balcony with small table facing the main street.

As the house is in a very central location especially at the weekends there is a lot of noise is coming from the streets and bars. We didn’t have a problem but if you are sensitive about falling asleep its something to keep in mind.

The room was stunning and the view spectacular. Maria was very helpful before and after check in.

I shouldn’t have brought so much luggage with all the steps but that’s my fault not the accommodation 😉

Amazing location with fantastic view from the roof. Very comfortable beds.

The lady who welcomed us was nice but she was in a hurry, constantly answering the phones from other tourists. We didn’t have much time to ask questions or have a chat on recommendations.

Breakfast was good with some croissants and small focaccia, coffee machine worked well, also provided juices, milk and water. Was very cool to sleep in a cave. Location was central.

Thought we would have access to terrace, but turns out with the cave room we don’t get access, and room was on ground level down an alley and very dark. Unfortunately the room smelt like damp and mould the whole time, didn’t really feel comfortable sleeping there but as it was only one night tolerable. Room floors felt not fully cleaned. Hot water didn’t last long. Check-in staff was rude and condescending on the phone, not able to meet at the planned time, then when we walked to the property address from booking.com and Google maps, we couldn’t find it and she was condescending asking why we would go there when she told us a different address to collect our luggage from. Please be aware the address of the accommodation is not what is on Google maps or advertised.

A view from the roof was stunning, and the owner/staff was nice!

Since you can’t bring a car to this historic site during check in hour, it takes time to find the property with all the big luggages.

location, terrace is amazing, design of the apartment, independent checkin, welcome water bottle and coffee for breakfast

mattress of the double bed on the forst floor not so comfy, absence of wine glasses (just plastic glasses) and corkscrew that given the terrace is a pity..breakfast at a bar close by (poor service, almost rude personnel, water not included).

If you want to stay in the heart of Sassi, you should try this apartment. The rooms are large, clean and the rooftop terrace is great. The property offers a light breakfast at a coffee shop nearby.

Everything perfect! I'd sure like to go and stay here again.
