Property perfect for our stay. Owners communicated promptly when questioned. Clean, organized and comfortable.

My husband and I came in for a family reunion and this property couldn’t have been more conveniently located. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. Ryan was also very responsive to my texts.

This is a nice little cottage, close to the Orchard Park lake area. It is also close to the grade school.
It is nicely updated and really comfortable. I will definitely rent this location again when I come back to visit family.

Check in and information on house was excellent. Host Ryan was very helpful and always available if needed. House was super clean, had everything you might need and was cozy and comfortable. Great location on a side street and easy to get to anywhere in the Southtowns.

Ryan goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We felt like we were staying at a friends home. Everything was perfect, and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the Buffalo Bills Stadium! My 11 yr old grandson enjoyed it so much he had to write a thank you note! This was one of the best experiences I've had with a vacation rental property. The house was clean, fully stocked for anything we could have wanted, there were toiletry baskets and towels laid out on the beds as if we were checking into a luxury hotel. It was a very comfortable house to consider "home" for our visit.
Communication with the host was easy, and they were quickly responsive to any needs or questions we had.
Property is centrally located in Orchard Park and it was easy to get around to all the parks and hiking trails that we were visiting while up there.
10/10 recommend this property and this amazing host! We will definitely be back the next time we visit Orchard Park!

The only downside, and we made it work so it was no problem, was that there was only one bathroom. This place was a great location - close to several places we went to. A big thumbs up!

Ryan is a super attentive host! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience! The house is cozy and has all items needed, including spices and coffee. I loved walking into town every morning to grab breakfast! I can't wait to return for another visit!

Stayed for a couple of nights. The place was perfect and in a great location. You have to watch the steep stairway, though.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s property. He was so attentive and friendly, the house was clean and very well stocked. The location was perfect to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great quiet neighborhood. The house is compact and very well equipped. Extremely clean interior. The exterior needs some tender loving care but overall this house was an excellent experience. The only suggestion is for waste baskets on the 2nd floor.

We were staying at this property while in town for a Buffalo Bills game. Ryan was very communicable and answered all of our questions. The property was very close to the stadium and different restaurants in Orchard Park. The property had great amenities and was very comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking to stay in Orchard Park or Buffalo.

I can't say enough about Ryan- he is so great!! This home was very clean, fully stocked In the kitchen- anything you would need it was there. The beds were comfortable and again had all hygiene products available. Perfect location!! If you're looking for a home that will feel like home when you're away... this one is it!! We will be back again for sure!
