L'emplacement proche du métro et des commerces.
Il est facile de trouver à manger.
Les lieux sont propres; le gérant est disponible ; la décoration est très bien et tout est rénové ; l'endroit est convivial car il y a un espace de vie en commun où on peut cuisiner et manger avec d'autres voyageurs; le chauffage fonctionne bien et l'eau chaude fonctionne parfaitement.
La grande cuisine est top mais elle pourrait être plus fonctionnelle s'il y avait des ustensiles.

Les coussins du lit sont très fins, le matelas est un peu défoncé et peu confortable.

Hosts were super organised, attentive and flexible. The room itself was perfect for my use, secure, had everything I needed, good size and good facilities.
I didn't realise the neighbourhood was not the best, and was warned by several cab drivers/locals not to walk around at night in this area, not that this is a fault of the hosts, just something to be mindful of when booking if travelling alone (particularly as a woman).

Host was super helpful and apartment was designed very nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Apartment was very close to metro (train) so it was good connected with tourist attractions.
It was too hot to stay in apartment during the day because there is no air conditioner. During the night we would open window for some fresh air. Neighbourhood was ok, but not really with Paris vibe and places where you would like to sit on the terrace and enjoy environment.

Very nice apartment, convenient situated next to metro station (Aubevillier), 25 min away from Paris center (place Concorde). Quiet and very clean. Had everything we needed. The owner very kind allowed us an early check-in and a later check out. Comfortable bed and new furniture and appliances. We stayed 3 nights and i strongly recommend it.

The property was absolutely amazing and clean.
The bed was comfortable and Cousy,we really liked the atmosphere of the place,very quiet and relaxing.
The value of the money was acceptable ,the staff was very friendly too.
I would like to request for a Television and more pillows for the bed.

The kindness of the hosts was amazing. we felt welcomed the second we arrived, they made sure we felt comfortable.
the room itself was amazing. it’s huge and offers a lot of storage space. the bed was incredibly comfortable. overall it was super clean!

The room was light, spacious and comfortable. Everything is quite new and the most important things (bed/bathroom) were great. The room comes with a small fridge and kettle and there is a common kitchen and living room to be shared with some more apartments. Location is super convenient right next to metro line 12 to the city centre and the neighbourhood is cozy. Check out the local boulangerie for some baguettes and nice confectionery! Communication with the host was pleasant. Price/quality is quite good.
The room interior felt a little unfinished. A table would have been nice and some more color desirable (like plants/paintings).
Also, the ceiling of the vide/bedroom is too low and could have been designed better. Not really big issues, just some tips to make this accommodation even better!
