The owner was very responsive and provided good information before and during our visit. The kitchen has every device known to man, often in duplicate. The cabin is cozy but in need of sprucing up. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders. The screen to the patio was ripped and the tub nozzle needs fixed. Ten days of traveling the sharp turns up and down the mountain became tiresome.

The mountain area was beautiful and the home was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had great time at this house! The location was perfect, the fire pit provided us with a place to gather in the morning and evening and the hot tub was a relaxing way to end the day!

Very nice rustic dog friendly cabin high on Beech Mountain. The cabin was well equipped and comfortable. We would stay there again.

We loved the location nestled in the mountains close to hiking and skiing trails. Very comfortable set up for family of 4 plus our fur child. Fenced in yard was a huge bonus. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked to cook breakfast and dinners. Owners were super responsive to any questions. It was a wonderful restful week.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The cabin was amazing. Great location that is close to the Beech Mountain Ski Resort. We like the fenced in yard, since we had our dog with us. We recommend this property.

Our family of 4 and another family of 4 had a great stay at this cabin to celebrate NYE and ring in 24’! Was clean, conventionally located and owner was quick with responses.

This was a great house with a very attentive host! When I had a question, Shelly was quick to respond. She even sent a message asking if we needed anything once we checked in.
The house was clean, beds were comfy & enough towels for our family of 4. We come to Beech Mountain every year & this is the cabin I’ll want to stay at again! Highly recommend!

Oh stay at Beech mountain, while short, was nothing but relaxing! We enjoyed the patio facing the woods, for night times chats and early morning coffee. It rained quite a bit which made the time in the cabin even cozier. Shelly was an amazing host and communicated quickly with us. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved the cabin and was well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Everyone had a great time. Would stay again.
Only problem dryer belt broke which was no one’s fault and had to order one which took several days. So it was unable to be fixed before we left. When staying 7 nights and few traveling by plane (limit luggage ) and only 7 towels for 5 people we had really depended on washer and dryer. Losing dryer in middle of stay was most inconvenient.

My family and I loved our stay. The weather was perfect. A very relaxing place that we plan to return to. Saw some amazing wildlife and the process and communication was great.

The living area, kitchen/dining, and game room was all updated. The ping pong table is a small one and the area to play it didn’t allow for much movement. We enjoyed making a fire and hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very dated and the loft bedroom was hot and required the window to be open and a fan running. It is 20-25 min. drive to grocery store. I was fine with the nightly rates, but the added fees including cleaning were a little over the top. It wasn’t a big deal to put towels in laundry room, but we also had to strip the beds, and straighten up before we left.

We were there for a week for our daughters spring break and really had a relaxing time. Very responsive owner and had a great experience from the time of reservation to check out. The cabin is well appointed with everything you need and is also pet friendly with a lot of room for pets to play in the fenced yard. Can’t wait to get back to this cabin in Beech Mountain.

Our experience was great from the beginning to end. The owner was very easy to work with, quick to respond, very personable, land concerned that we were happy and satisfied. 5 out of 5 stars! All in all, our family had a blast! Cozy mountain cabin in a great location close to the slopes! The cabin also had a fenced in yard which was great for our dog. Friendly owners, easy to communicate with. We will be back again soon!

I researched extensively to find the house that would best fit our needs for our first family ski trip. This house was the perfect choice. Close proximity to Beech Mountain Resort and well maintained roads. The house was clean, well furnished and met all our needs. Shelley was the perfect host. She kept in touch through the rental process and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin near the beach mountain ski slopes, upon arrival we were greeted by 4-6 friendly dear out back and they continued to visit daily. the home was very clean and organized, owner left firewood for us and a note which we felt was kind and special. communication was easy with owner and they were very responsive. downstairs had 2 bedrooms 1 king room and 1 room with bunkbeds (kids loved it), 1 room upstairs simple (no closet) but outside the upstairs bedroom was a loft area with another bed which worked well for us. Tons of animal life, with Views to last a life time. I would absolutely recommend this rental and stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights. Snow was lightly covering everything; looked magical. The drive was a bit windy, but house is just a couple miles to Beech Mtn ski resort, a market, some restaurants, and a coffee shop.
House is cozy. There are no kitchen products like foil, Saran Wrap, baggies, etc, and only salt and pepper for seasonings. Nice added touch was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. Only one extra roll of toilet paper was in each bathroom; not enough for 10 people for 3 days. Overall the cabin was nice. The outdoor deck looks out into trees and is very quiet at night.

Very cute and comfy but much smaller than the photos depicted. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 7. We were pretty cramped and the kitchen was tiny…. It accommodated just one person at a time. The master bed was very comfortable. The area is fun and the kids enjoyed sledding in town.

We had two older females 84 and 79, two females both 60 and one 33 year old male. The cabin was perfect! No stairs for our older two, plenty of bathrooms and beds. The area was great with a wnding road spectacular views along the way and so many deer! The cabin was very clean. The wi fi signal was great and the TV worked great. We would definitely recommend this wonderful cabin that is so close to so many interesting things to do!
