Our family enjoyed a 10 day stay in St Marys. We loved the area and peacefulness. We walked and biked around the neighborhood and to downtown for dinner and ice cream. Convenient for Cumberland Island ferry. We visited Jekyll Island and Fernandina Beach several times. The house was perfect and had plenty of linens. The kitchen was well-stocked for making meals that we enjoyed on the patio. Overdue for a deep clean, but there is a Dyson available. Overall, our experience at this quaint house exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway in St. Marys.

Son stationed at Kings Bay so we wanted to rent a place where he and his wife could stay with us and feel like they were on vacation too. Just enough space for the 4 of us. We loved the outdoor space and sat outside a lot! Kitchen fully stocked. Close to Fernandina beach and Jekyll island - beached and explored both. Owner very responsive, even though he was on vacation too! Would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful cottage was the perfect getaway for our family. It felt very much like home and was very welcoming. We enjoyed walks to the downtown area and also enjoy the quiet peacefulness of the neighborhood in the evenings. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Very clean. Nice layout. All furniture was very comfortable. Beautifully decorated! Nice small town. Had everything we needed other than 1/2 & 1/2 for coffee and also shower soap & shampoo. Highly recommend!!

Went to St Mary’s to visit family. We spent most time out and about, but this was a beautiful home to come back to after long days!

Spotless, perfectly decorated, well equipped, ideal location in gorgeous historical neighborhood. Huge backyard for dog owners.Short walk to waterfront and downtown St. Mary’s.

The house and decor are precious! The night scene is fun with live music in multiple places and an arcade/pool hall. The restaurants offer crowd pleaser meals with lots of fried options and house wines. I am a self admitted foodie and a bit tough to please. We drove into Fernandina for a beach day (40 minutes) and loved the town, shopping, and much better cuisine and wine options.

This beautiful and clean home made us feel so comfortable, like we were in our own home. So cozy and relaxing. It had everything we needed. Loved the patio, we sat outside and watched the storms come in while staying dry. Highly recommend!

This home is as nice as it looks. It makes you feel right at home. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Outdoor area is lovely. Location is great, you can walk or a very short drive to historic district and river. One negative, living room tv is very, very small. Really can't enjoy watching tv or movie. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I would stay here again.

Very clean, very neat little home, easy access to St Mary's. Friendly helpful service from owner. Do bring your own soap/shampoo/lotions, as well as coffee/creamer/snacks, which usually means a trip to Walmart if you flew in. Added plus: access to washer/dryer if you found yourself in need.

Was in St. Marys for a golf tournament with my brother. Check in was easy, great beds, linens, the living room was lovely as was the outdoor area. A brief walk, maybe 10 minutes to downtown. Good shower too. Overall a very nice stay.

This was the absolute best choice we made in regards to lodging. We came to St Mary’s for a wedding of dear friends, researched several options as in hotels, etc. Our whole family loved it, especially our kids. It was so much easier with young children. The house was beautiful, we always sat outside. If we come back to visit, this will be my first choice to stay and it will also be recommended by our friends who now live in St Mary’s.

The cottage location was great for exploring historic St. Mary's. Outdoor spaces were wonderful for enjoying the spring evenings.

Such a quaint city and surrounding area to visit! The house was perfect for the relaxation we were hoping for. It was stocked with everything we needed, comfortable bed and perfectly decorated. We hope to be back!!

Needed a place in the heart of the St Mary's community to check out the town and surrounding areas for a possible retirement spot. This VRBO property was perfect in every way. Great accommodations beautiful inside and out. We could not have asked for a better location and property, don't hesitate to stay here it is worth every penny and the host is very gracious and accommodating.

Perfect little house. Beautifully decorated. Too chilly to ferry over to the Island so it is an easy distance to the Florida beaches. We loved it. St Marys is a gem.

The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, beds were extra comfortable. Had a little problem with a light bulb out & the stove oven not turning off but the owner responded to our call immediately even though he was in NY & both problems taken care of immediately. Quiet location close to downtown historical district, shops, restaurants(Riverside Cafe...great food!), found all kinds of huge bargains at Belk Department Store , one of a kind gifts at the "Lucy Gunn" shop. Sat in on a very interesting lecture to some ROTC students at the Submarine Museum of which my husband is a member(after 10 yrs. in Navy as a radioman on several submarines). All around great trip! Saturday event at Orange Hall was great too! Saxophonist/singer that was there as entertainment was fantastic, as was bread pudding with ice cream! Yummy! Will be looking forward to staying athis rental AGAIN & AGAIN!
