Great location, centre of town.
It was cold, didn't find any instructions to put heating on. Some bits and pieces around the apartment didn't work e.g. the bedroom light, no remote control for the TV in bedroom.

Lovely furnished apartment central to everything clean modern safe and secure would recommend if you are fit and agile as 4 fairly steep flights of stairs other than that it was a lovely few days in Ayr

The place is gorgeous, good size but bar that place was in the centre of ayr , close to everything , will be book again soon
only problem is the stairs are bad and the beds are 2 small

Fantastically central location with many excellent shops, restaurants and bars within 150 yards.
Slight disadvantage was that overnight (paid) parking was 150 yards away.

it took us from 3pm till 7pm to try and get the keys when we finally did half the day was away the tv had no areal so had no tv the stairs was so bad and should have been told how high up it was so once you were in there was nothing to do or watch we called the landlord about 6 times but no reply it was so bad would not recommend
