Our stay was an overnight on our way on a longer trip. This is a very nice Super 8 hotel which looks like it was recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable bed. A typical continental breakfast - without any hot food. Location is convenient just a couple of miles off the highway towards downtown and right across the street from a beautiful park (which was all lit for Xmas).

The ratings for this hotel on hotels.com are overinflated: it doesn't deserve 9/10! Maybe 7 or 7.5.
There was a rude gentleman (maybe one of the owners) who yelled at me for taking several breakfast items to my room for my daughter and wife. Orange juice in the dispenser machine was very diluted - seemed like 20% juice and 80% water.

On the plus side, for a Super 8 it was extremely clean. Front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. Parking lot is well lit. Cold breakfast was provided with lots of choices. On the down side, Walls are pretty thin as you could hear the people talking next door. Surrounding area is not the best but we had no issues. Traffic is very loud.

Hot water would have been really nice. Both rooms we booked was a cold shower morning. It was recently remodeled but the maids should have mopped the bathroom floor. The smell of urine led me to mop it myself.

Females traveling alone BEWARE! I am not sure how this hotel has such good ratings. The location is in a terrible part of town (I grew up here, so I would know). I was apprehensive when I arrived, but checked in based on reviews. My room was on the back of the hotel and Iwould have needed to make several trips up the stairs to get my belongings to the room. There were several men outside their rooms, hanging over the railings. I was terrified. I turned my room keys back in and left to find a safer hotel. I lost my money, but it was worth my peace of mind and safety to leave. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property was spotless!!! Check in was super fast and the clerk was very friendly. I will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

This is diamond in the rough. The exterior of the property and the surrounding area can fool you. The hotel, on the inside, is remodeled, clean, and well staffed with friendly folks. Nice work!

When we checked in our room was on top floor. I'm 68 and my husband 70. It was difficult to go upstairs with our luggage and no elevator. I have high blood pressure and it was very elevated when I got upstairs
Also they didn't have the air conditioner running and it was very hot. It took forever to cool down so we asked for a fan and they gave us one. It helped somewhat but it was very uncomfortable. We will never stay there again.

Great value for the money because it's such a clean room. Recently remodeled -- room was in great condition. Plus it had blackout blinds -- I've never seen that in a motel.

The two things that kept the place from getting a 5 was the juice dispenser in the breakfast room was dispensing warm juice and the shower was frustratingly wimpy. No pressure. The room was very clean. The room had 2 brand new chairs but no table, which would have been nice.

Beds were comfortable. The bathtub look like it could’ve been Cleaned better. The issues that we had was the door was not flush with the door jam, making it to where light was shining through and could cause problems with someone breaking in. Shopping carts outside the hotel. And a prostitute approaching my son and grandson.

All was great but couldn’t work from room cause the internet didn’t work and I asked 3 times and gave up because nothing they said worked . Other then that all was great

We were told last year they were going to put outlets ouside the rooms for being able to plug boats in to charge. They had 1 outlet for that 15 boats had to use.
1st room the door wouldnt latch closed anyone could push on the door lightly and walk right in.
