Wonderful property with very detailed instructions regarding stay. Automatic check-in was easy and the hosts were very kind in allowing us to check-in early after an all night ferry ride from NS followed by a 4 hour drive - with no sleep. The small refrigerator in the dining area was a thoughtful addition as we are traveling for several months and had some perishable items. Only minor improvement that I can think of, would be access to coffee and tea prior to breakfast. Overall, an excellent accommodation!

This old house is amazing. So well looked after. We had the king room with private bath - the old tub style. Lovely old hardwood but a beautiful modern kitchen. Robyn served up a wonderful breakfast and the conversation at breakfast with the 4 other guests was great.

This is a beautiful old home that has been well cared for. While the beauty and charm of the house has been maintained, all the new creature comforts we were looking for were provided too. The hosts were welcoming, and willing to chat about the area. We loved sitting putside on the porch and just relaxing.

The house and the rooms are beautiful. Everything is really clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was nice, and Robyn was a wonderful hostess. I highly recommend it!

Lovely old home. Room was clean and bed comfy. Breakfast was great! All rooms have ensuit except for the one (pine) which we had. Bathroom was right nextdoor but bath robes would be helpful to visitors staying in that room for nightime visits to the bathroom. Also, the room door had to be locked with a skeleton key or it opened spontaneously. This key was a little troublesome when trying to get in and out to the bathroom at night . Perhaps install a latch? Otherwise, great place.

We liked that it was conveniently located to the Queen St. Dinner Theatre.

We stayed twice at Hill Road Manor during our recent trip to Newfoundland and had a wonderful stay. Interestingly we had stayed here over 10 years ago when it was run under different owners and we were happy to see that this wonderful great home in Grand Falls has remained as it was so everyone can enjoy this beautiful home. Robyn is a wonderful host who serves a delicious breakfast every morning. For a great stay in Grand Falls look no farther.

This is an older grand house. The room we stayed in had a nice king size bed for my wife and I and a cot for our son. The owners were super friendly and helpful. I have some dietary restrictions and they were very careful to make sure there was nothing I would have trouble with. It is a short walk to downtown and there were stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Robyn was an excellent host, very quick to respond and offers helpful suggestions. She is very friendly and cheerful. The B&B is very tastefully appointed and there is a large common living area. It on a quiet tree lined street with stately homes and is a short walk to the main street. Beautiful.

Robin the owner was very helpful and even booked reservations for dinner in Town for us. We met a lovely local couple who gave us tips where to sightsee. Very enjoyable experience.

Beautiful historic home, nicely updated, friendly owner, hearty breakfast, near the salmon interpretive center which is well worth seeing.
