Worst experience ever. The front desk staff are very sassy and unhelpful. I asked one morning to borrow a pair of scissors because the airline do not allow you to hand carry them in your luggage. The lady at the front didn’t even bother to look to see if they had any and she said we are just like the airlines we don’t have any. Then the next morning, the hurricane Helene brought winds and rain. Since my room was on the garden view side, it was on the outside of the hotel. I noticed that morning the water was coming in from under the door and so I let the front know. Their response was there’s nothing they can do and I can put a towel down. As the day went on the rain came into the room more and by the end of the day, the carpet was wet from the door till about 10 feet into the room. The electricity went out and they had no flood lights no flashlights no lights at all. I was on the fourth floor, and I had to walk through the stairs in the pitch of dark with no help. Me being a single woman was scared for her safety. None of the staff were helpful. The power was out for the two days I was there and I filed a complaint and no one got back to me. I would never ever against stay at this hotel. The staff was very unhelpful and for your safety that was a really big red flag. My room smelled like sour milk because the carpet was wet and I also had black mold on my bathroom ceiling. If you’re thinking about booking a stay here, don’t! You’ll regret it. Beautiful lobby and great breakfast

I paid for an upgrade and was approved but was never given the upgrade. And was never refunded my money

It was just “OK”. Not in a great part of town. My room had light bulbs that were blown, there was a used tooth pick stick on the floor by the bed , the A/C wouldn’t go below 72 even though I set it to 68.

Hotel was “ok” for just somewhere to sleep. Staff were great, not near enough parking for all the guests.

Stay was comfortable and relaxing.Room and amenities were all good.

Getting in to parking lot was full of holes and area around very rundown. No restaurant only breakfast. Door to bathroom scraped floor. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

My girlfriend and I had a blast the bathroom was clean the room was clean also

Staff was amazing, room was clean, comfortable beds, only issue was the route to enter the property, poor traffic light direction, which is probably no fault to the hotel.

The room smelled. They do not have a functioning restaurant or bar on property. The pillows were cloth covered rocks!!! The only good thing about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff!!

Our stay was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, service very good.

My room had a mildew smell. They ended up upgrading my room entirely to a suite, which is nice. Very understanding. However, my best friend checked in with her boyfriend and they mentioned a mildew smell. I never even told them about the smell, so it was ironic that they said the same thing.

I was barely in my room, but when I was it was perfect for getting ready real early in the morning and was super relaxing when I got back at night. I will say I did hear people playing cornhole in the court yard in front of my room but I wasn’t too bother by it. But the room was clean and well taken care of by the time I got back from family day and my soldiers graduation. Would definitely stay here again

Rooms were always damp. Even though the air conditioning was running it never seemed to keep up with the dampness. We had 2 rooms and had to request a new room for my son and his wife as there was mold on the sheer curtain. Checked out a day earlier than originally intended.

Our stay was terrible they never asked for an ID they never asked for a cc to check in and they used one on file with out asking. Rooms were moldy, filthy and smelling. Made our experience moving our kids back to college a nightmare. We moved to a new hotel the following morning. Not recommended at all.

Was not their fault that a huge flooding storm happened but the window leak was bad. Many changing /wringing out towels and obvious overnight worries contributed to a very poor night sleep.

Was really durty the bathroom has bad smell and the floor looks like they never mop them bad experience

Nice hotel for the cost. My recommendation would be to upgrade the bed pillows. Not very comfortable.

For a budget hotel it was fine. The bedding was crisp and clean and the room was better than expected. It was a bit noisy because of the military graduates and a rescue workers conference, but it was close to the base and easy access to the highways. Overall worth the money.

Nice place! We had the presidential king suite. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and pillows were really nice. Shower head had fantastic water pressure flow. Staff were friendly and nice, also helpful. Breakfast was ok not too many options but still nice. Price for the 3 nights was not to bad. If I were ever in the area again, I would stay here.

It was pleasant especially after coming thére from having to leave comfort suites due to bed bugs in my room... everything was very nice the receptionist was awesome..I will only stay here when I come to South Carolina..Thank you D D

Nervous about parking lot, didn't seem secure. Could use some cleaning but not horrible. Nice outdoor activities for the kids, life size chess, connect 4 amd cornhole games.

The property is just average, nothing noteworthy, neither good nor bad. It was overpriced for what we got, due to the event in the area.

A little rundown and not the best breakfast. Just ok

The property per se was fine. There were problems with my booking which they resolved. Unfortunately two other booking snafus happened afterwards. Each time requiring my time and energy to resolve. The first was when someone was assigned my room. The second was when I was checked out a day early.

This hotel is in serious need of a remodel. Beds were ok but the bathroom was awful. The shower had no door and was tiny. I’m 5’ tall and was almost as tall as the shower head. There was no vanity to set your things, just a sink attached to the wall. No cover on the toilet. The coffee machine in the lobby didn’t work either. Would not stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay. The only issue i had was the issue with my room. Was giving the key to a room that was occupied but the wonderful lady helped me. Found the right room but the air was not working and she moved me with no hesitation to another room. Overrall it was great. My boyfriend enjoyed his birthday
