The whole staff is very friendly and professional. There is a bus to the city center every 15 minutes which is very handy. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the food in the hotel is very tasty and not expensive. We recommend this hotel for sure!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool area. Easy bus into town every 15 minutes. Reception staff friendly but only one person working at busy times. Other staff were quite grumpy and not very nice. Breakfast was a little disorganised- its a big space but the plates are under the food and it can be quite hectic. We stillbhad a pleasant sray and would return to this hotel.

Limited hours for pool No fridge in the room made it a bit uncomfortable.

Great hotel, in a lovely place. Breakfast spot on. Rooms are nice but you should definitely upgrade to the larger size if you are staying beyond a couple of days.

Loved the property and staff. A little ways to go to old town but has a convenient bus right in front. Quiet too.

Smoking area is outside hotel, but with the door constantly open the inside var was full of cigarette smoke. Decent breakfast, but no vegetables. Hotel is modern and look new. Great hotel room. Location in a quiet location. Bus facilities right outside the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation in San Sebastián. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional and treated us very well. The room while a little small was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a very nice extra.

Great hotel, great location and bus routes into the city very easy. Great to having parking included and no height restriction.

Really value hotel and access to city centre…excellent gym, outdoor rooftop pool…happy we decided to book this, stayed with friends and would come back with family

It is a good hotel with a perfect bus connection to the city (nr 19 and 45 bus). The nr 19 takes about 15 min and drives regularly. The 45 will take you to the busstation. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet and a small bar and a terrace outside.

What a surprising nice hotel on the hillside. Buses no. 19 and 45 have a bus stop next to it. The bus rise is pleasant and you pay €1.85 to get on. On two days, we walked to the old town. The room has a nice tv (all Spanish channrels, except two or three. You can still broacast yours smartphone or iPad and watch Netflix. Loved the shower and the warm water in the bidet. The bath toiwels were fluffy and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. If you are i to cereals, you might be disaponited.

PROS - Newer property, great customer service, clean, great cafe and bar with helpful staff, free on-site parking and right by public transportation. CONS - we took a family room that sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Rooms are small, not enough closet or storage space, one chair and one small trash bin in the toilet. Instead of shampoo and body wash - they have combo soaps for hair, body and hand.

Really great hotel in terms of ease of parking which is free and the restaurants and bars which were buzzing. Front of house staff were fantastic. John recommend taking the bus into the old town which was really easy and saved us trying to find somewhere to park ( virtually impossible) Our only issue was that the rooms while comfortable, very very basic. Pros and cons : Comfortable king bed Great shower Two seater lounge / sofa bed Desk and chair But rooms are very utilitarian with * No kettle, cups or tea coffee * No fridge * No hot towel rail * No toilet brush * Phone didn’t work * No safe * No shampoo * Website states private bathroom which is no correct. There is a separate toilet but there is no separation between bathroom and the room itself.

The bus stop to the city was right outside the entrance of the hotel. Restaurant took 3 days to find the English version of the limited menu so I ate out a lot and since there was no fridge in the room it was not possible to bring food back to the room and store it. The bed was very lumpy but the room cleaned every day and it was done well.

We've stayed at this hotel twice before,, when it was a Hotel Bed 4U. Now it has been very recently acquired by Leonardo hotels and standards seem good. Lovely, helpful staff who care about their job. We're stopping again on our way back to our home in France from Portugal early May.. Looking forward to it.

This hotel was so meticulously clean. Great location and easy to get around from, as there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel doors that take you to the bus station and to the center of the downtown/beach area.
