What a beautiful property, with all of the important features: entryway with ski storage, garage, hot tub, porches, very close to slopes)! Two families stayed- 4 adults and 3 teens and the the bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect. The home is very updated, the beds and pillows are wonderful, and was so clean. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend!

Townhouse was just as advertised and well supplied with all the essentials. The owner, Tom, was very accessible and responsive to any questions during booking and during stay. Property was immaculate and access to both mountains was quick and easy. One of the best family ski vacations we had and would definitely go back again to same townhouse at Snowbird townhouses. Tom's apartment is perfect and very much as advertised. It's incredible spacious and easily fit our family of 6 for the holiday, with room to spare. The place was extremely well kitted out for self catering, including a very well supplied kitchen.
Tom was extremely accommodating and easy to reach and was very helpful with providing extra infant furniture for our young son. It's a fabulous place to stay in Whistler and we will absolutely plan on coming back.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The townhouse is very well appointed, modern and stocked with all the necessities. The sleeping configurations worked well for our mixed family group. It was a very comfortable place to relax after a long day on the slopes. The kids loved the tv options and the hot tub. The shuttle to the village is conveniently located right out front which was very helpful getting the kiddos down to the gondola in the morning. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to rent this townhouse again.

We stayed here for our annual mtb trip, 2023. Was perfect for our group, especially the extra full bathroom than what can be typical of other locations with similar number bedrooms. It's a 5-10 minute ride by bike to Whistler village and back, depending on which direction you're going and bike type. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t have been happier with Tom’s condo. As stated earlier, very clean, unbelievably well stocked, great location and very comfortable. Tom had great communication and was available if we needed anything.

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Bus stop right outside the door for easy access to slopes and town. Short walk (2 blocks) for ski in, slightly longer for ski out. We took the bus most days. Tom was a great host. Very attentive and communicative.

The townhouse is super clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with some very nice kitchen ware which was great for those of us who enjoy cooking. When you step out onto the balcony you’d think you were in a tree house. The property is very convenient. The free shuttle bus to Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas is just a few steps from the front door. Our host Tom was super helpful and attentive. We had a rental car for the two weeks we stayed. I enjoyed the flexibility to jump in the car and explore outdoor areas other than the ski slopes. However, if you are primarily going to ski, you could get by without a car since the shuttle is so convenient. Thanks to Tom for answering all our questions and making good recommendations.

Incredible Stay
Perfect property for our family! We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
We traveled with 3 children, (11, 3, and 1) and Tom was able to provide a crib, a high chair, and even gates for our youngest which made traveling with toddlers so much easier knowing everyone would be safe and taken care of.
The location was great as well with beautiful views of the mountain even! It was nice to come home after a day on the slopes to a beautiful and relaxing home with all of the amenities we needed to feel comfortable each day.
Also, Tom was so kind and helpful with every question we had. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Lovely 4 bedroom place in Upper Village area
Nicely decorated, well appointed and roomy 3 level place. Well equipped kitchen with more cooking basics (spices, vinegars, oils, coffees, etc) than we normally expect to find. Four full baths and big capacity washer/dryer are really nice for a larger group. Very good and responsive communications with the host. We did not ski in/out due to spring conditions on lower mountain; Upper Village and Blackcomb lifts are about a 10-15 min walk or 2 min drive; main Whistler Village is a 20 min walk or 3-4 minute drive depending on where you are going. An excellent experience for us.

Extraordinarily clean and well-appointed
The townhouse was immaculately clean and really nicely appointed. The kitchen was up to date, lovely and really well-equipped. My husband and I were there with our daughter, son-in-law, two granddaughters, ages 3 and a half and nine months, and our son and his girlfriend. The upper level was an ideal situation for our daughter and family, giving them a space of their own with everything they needed. Tom was incredibly responsive. The major negative was that the listing mentioned that the free shuttle stopped in front of the townhouse, however the shuttle service was on strike. This had started prior to our booking and I do wish that Tom had told us about the strike at that point. This made getting the three year old back and forth to ski school,getting someone back from skiing mid-day to take over baby care, more cumbersome than otherwise. We ended up renting a second car for more flexibility. So location, without the shuttle, was less than ideal for us. The only other thing was that on the fourth day of our stay the internet went out and it was in the middle of an important business meeting for our son. When I called Tom, he was incredibly responsive and drove up two days in a row to deal with the problem. He told us he had a feeling the router was going but that the cable company wouldn’t change it out until all else had been changed. If we had known that it had been shaky though, our son would have held the meeting at a local hotel to be sure. As I said, Tom was very responsive and apologetic about the problem and did what he could after the fact. Overall, a lovely, very clean house, really well configured for our needs with a host who was very responsive to questions, needs and problems that arose.

Total gem
This condo was wonderful for our group of two families. It was roomy and very well updated, with a tasteful recent renovation. Everything from the ski room to the kitchen was great. We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace and heated bathroom floors.
Tom was a great host with quick responses and helpful info.
Overall, this was a very comfortable stay and we very much look forward to returning.

Wonderfully appointed
The recently and tastefully renovated unit is in excellent condition and accommodated 7 adults very comfortably. It is by far the best-provisioned rental I've ever stayed in, with all the basic kitchen necessities and more, including many staple foodstuffs, eliminating the need to buy far more at the grocer than you can use in a week. These little things help set one owner apart from another.
The host is also an excellent communicator regarding up-to-date warnings about Covid issues, local strikes, and anything else we needed to know about our check-in/out. He was clearly concerned that we enjoy our stay. As for the unit, he provides detailed instructions on how to use the fireplace and other equipment, how to get to the slopes and town, local restaurants, etc.
The other 6 members of my group all conveyed their entire satisfaction with the unit and their desire that I should leave a glowing review regarding the unit and the host in particular. I am happy to do so.

Exceeded expectations
This is a beautifully maintained town house in Whistler. Often ski rental property can show its age with worn furniture, broken shades, etc. This property was in excellent condition. Kitchen was amply stocked with dishes, pots/pans, silverware, glasses. Plenty of dishwashing liquid and for dishwasher. Lighting was excellent. Bathrooms with thick towels and huge amount of spare towels. We were fortunate the property was pretty accessible ski in/out as shuttle drivers were on strike throughout our stay. Note: to ski out, go down to garage and look for door at opposite end if garage from car entrance door. Go up a few steps, turn right and in 15 feet you are in trail. Go left until trail continues straight or turns 90 degrees to right. Take the right turn, cross the street, and trail continues a few feet off the street to the left. Ski directly to Blackcomb lifts. To ski back, pass Cedar Ridge townhouses on right and look for sign on tree indicating path to Marquis. It’s easy to miss. Follow trail straight, then short, narrow, steep downhill (can walk it, it’s only 20 feet or so). Trail then continues on narrow path along street. Cross street, walk to right past bus stop and trail continues to left. Straight shot back home.
Three if the four bedrooms had very good mattresses. The room with the two twin beds, on the other hand, had extremely uncomfortable beds. The mattresses were too soft and sagged both because the mattresses weren’t supportive but also because the bed frames were inadequate. If you are going to need these beds would suggest requesting replacements. I doubt it would be an issue as it is obvious this house is so well maintained. Minor issue at check-in was we hadn’t been told unit number, just address. Cleared up quickly in text. Also, some spare blankets would be a nice addition.
Tom was always responsive, very timely and informative. This is an excellent option for a Whistler vacation,

This was an excellent place to stay. Tom was the perfect host to work with, and his directions were thorough and incredibly helpful. From the fireplace instructions, shuttle schedule/map/photos, to the restaurant recommendations. 10/10 would stay again.

Luxurious Ski In/Out Location
Our family loved this beautifully renovated property! Lots of room for everyone and having 4 baths was a real bonus. High vaulted ceiling with lots of windows. Cozy gas fireplace that kept the home comfortably warm during a real cold spell. The home was meticulous and very well stocked with supplies. Tom was excellent to deal with and all communication was very prompt. We look forward to staying again.

First, one of the best and most helpful owners, I have ever rented from! He really cared about my family's experience, not just a place to stay. The property was very well kept up and it had everything you would need or expect. The attention to detail on the instructions for use of the property was extremley helpful and everything worked. Wonderful Stay in Whistler Property
Family enjoyed a great time in Whistler in August despite the restrictions with COVID-19. Property was as described and more. Location was central in many ways and enjoyed the accessibility and proximity to hiking trails and the lake. More important, the property owner Tom was very accommodating and open from booking to check-in: his welcome package was comprehensive and checked on us and was quick with response to our queries. The house was very well stocked, 4 TVs in the house with Netflix and Amazon prime helped eliminate disputes, house/rooms very clean and neighborhood very quiet. We had a great time and will repeat stay on same property if we have another opportunity to visit Whistler.
PS: dropped my wallet in the underground garage and the neighbor in 100 traced me down to inform me, was quite glad.

Excellent Accommodations and location
We had a wonderful 5 days at Toms place. He was a great communicator and provided a useful information package about the home and area which we referred to often. The home provided lots of space for our 2 families ( 4 adults and 4 teenagers). Location was perfectly close to the village and also to the biking trails. We walked or biked everywhere. I would definitely stay at Tim’s place again!

This property is as advertised. Spacious, stylish & conveniently located to everything. All the necessities were there upon our arrival & Tom insured we had everything we needed. Great place for ski vacation in Whistler
This is a lovely property with easy access to the free shuttle which takes one to the bases of Blackcomb and Whistler. It has a very well equipped kitchen including coffee, spices, and an espresso machine with supplies. The beds are very comfortable with fresh smelling pillows and comforters. Everything was very clean. The four full bathrooms all have different configurations, but have beautiful showers and one bath also has a large tub.
The entry level has plenty of space for coats, shoes, ski boots and skis. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone who can climb stairs.

No surprises here.
We arrived to a very clean home with all that you would need to enjoy a very good time. Tom was on the spot with return call for anything we needed. One of the few VRBO places that had all the information at your finger tips to understand the workings of the home. Information from Technology, dining, fun activities etc. Don't give this place a second thought just book it. Thanks Tom!

Very well setup property in excellent location
With our stay in the busiest week of the year (Dec 22 -30) we really wanted our accommodation to be the least of our worries.
Tom has a fantastic property with such easy access on foot or by bus down to Blackcomb or Whistler base. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics which made eating in easy, and the quality of the laundry facilities was also greatly appreciated.
The kids also loved access to Netflix for their cartoon needs. :)
Certainly one for the list on our next trip to Whistler.

Great condo!
Stayed here for a week with 2 families of 4. Plenty of room for everyone. Very high end finishes. Heated floors in all bathrooms and even laundry room. Upstairs bedroom is very small with a twin and trundle, and not much space. But, queen sleeper sofa in upstairs den worked great. All other bedrooms are very spacious. 4 full baths accommodated everyone. Tried to ski out, but trail goes uphill at points and crosses the street, so it was easier to walk (about 10 mins) or ride the bus which drops off right out front. Never tried to ski in, but looks like it would involve walking and removing skiis as well. Convenient to everything. Would highly recommend!

Home away from home!
We just returned from our 6-night stay in Whistler. We had our extended family along (3 kids, 5 adults) and the condo was a great fit - we used all 4 bedrooms along with the sofa bed in the upstairs landing for the third kid. The property was recently renovated and everything is exceptionally well done. Tom, the host, was super helpful and responsive throughout the process and in many years of ski vacations, we have never had a more well-stocked condo. In terms of constructive feedback, the only thing from our family is that most of the mattresses were very firm - the pickiest sleepers took the room with the twin beds which were softer and we all made out ok.
The location is pretty convenient. The #5 bus stop is right at the end of the driveway which runs to both base areas (and the village). As for ski-in/ski-out, it took us a little experimentation and technically it's ski-walk-ski both going and coming, but overall still fairly easy to access Blackcomb base. You can exit through the parking garage to a trail that will head across Spearhead Dr and then down a long-ish traverse to the base. For the way back, there is a similar path that starts just below the cedar creek condos (and maybe 20-30 yds uphill from the path down to the slopes). Ski that as far as you can - you will end up skirting Spearhead Pl and have to stop and take your skis off where it joins Spearhead Dr. Walk diagonally across Spearhead Dr towards the bus stop and you should see one of the blue trail signs nearby. This will take you straight back to where you started - the way back in is actually easier than the way out with very little poling required.

Great Place to Stay in the Upper Village Area
We spent 6 nights at this property during a skiing vacation. Although we were new to the Whistler area, the Upper Village where the property is located seemed to be the place to be, as with the new Blackcomb gondola, it was a much quicker way up the mountain in the morning.
The property itself is exceptional. In 30 years of going to various areas and renting various properties, this one was the most well-stocked ever. Enough dishes, utensils, and anything else for a large party. 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom made it much easier than a situation where everybody is fighting over a hot shower at the end of a long day.
Tom, the host, made the experience go without a hitch. From directions on how to get from the airport to a multi-page introduction to the property and the Whistler area went well beyond what one expects.
Finally, although we had a car, we found the bus, which stopped right outside the unit, to be a fast and convenient way to get around. No need for a car, as the major parts of the Whistler village and the Upper Village are just minutes away.
