Good service!

They don’t have Golf channel or NFL CHANNEL… but plenty of nonsense channels. That will be why I won’t stay there again. Also deadbolt on door does not fully engage and they showed no sense of urgency to fix it.

The room did not have a chair. The couch did not let out the beds were hard, and there was no breakfast.

My Husband and I had a funeral service to attend out of town, and booked Everhome Suites. Everything was great upon arrival. The location was great, with many eateries in walking distance. The staff was kind, the rooms were very modern, clean and smelled fresh. 10 out of 10 for us. We stayed at the Corona, CA location.

Did not feel like I was in a hotel

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The only negative comment I have is that your selection of tv programs is terrible. If I'm spend a week or 10 days I want a better better selection to choose from. Also the bed was comfortable but when you sat on it the springs were very noisy.

Ths should be called Neverhome because I would never treat guests in my home like we were treated.1. Floors very dirty in room. Took a shower and walked to the bed to get my shoes...the soles of my feet were black. Spilled a drink on the floor. No cloths or anything to clean with. Used 2 towels and turned them in for a replacement. Was told I would have to pay for the towels if they could not get the stain out. I offered to wash the towels, or if I was going to have to pay for them, then just give me the towels. Refused on both could, and not very nicely I might add. Also spoke with another guest who said her grandson spilled a coke and she used a towel to clean it up. She said she was being charged also for the towel.Spoke with the manager who apologized but did not really seem to care. He just said it was company policy. I also paid for the stay when I checked in. My daughter went down and changed to her credit card. We noticed the next day that we were both being charged for the stay. Had we not noticed we would have paid twice for the stay. This was verified but the registrar who credited my card. Will never stay again and highly recommend anyone to look elsewhere for a hotel. I also will be notifying the corporate office of the terrible service.

The staff front desk receptionist was really nice and helpful.

Very clean and modern. Staff was nice and helpful. For the ladies make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner because a very small bottle is offered. Only downside is you can hear the people above walking. Idk if they were stomping though. Next to the freeway but you can't even hear it. I would stay there again.

Area is nice and quiet and staff was so friendly and helpful. Called into room to see how we were doing settling in and if we needed anything.

I didn’t like that you didn’t have a lot of amenities, also no ice machine or icemaker in the room just ice trays which you would have to use tapwater. No one wants tapwater Ice. I felt like the towels were very small and rough. The outside hall had pumps of black hair all over. Most of all I had The spell Marijuana/Pot in my room all night. He stated this Was a non-smoking room I feel that if they want to smoke pot, they should’ve done that outside not in their room, smell strong in the hallway and into my room all night.

Room feel like we were at home . It was so clean, well maintained property. hats off too management and owner. Will recommend to family and friends.

This was not a home away from home. Common amenities like broom, body wash, body lotion, dish washer soap, dish washing liquid, iron, were not available. The staff( night staff specifically) was reluctant to give any additional stuff. Most air b& b come equipped with several towels, cleaning liquids etc, none of which was available in this place.

Friendly staff. Clean, simple hotel. We will return.

My bed and pillows were very comfortable

Property was nice. The room was the size of an apartment with a kitchen and everything. Nice size. Only problem we encountered was needing more towels. They supplied us with 2 large towels and wouldn’t bring more. They said they had a towel exchange policy only and would only give us 2 more towels when we exchanged the current ones we had. As a woman, I need a separate towel for my hair alone so my boyfriend had to use the same towels. Of the room sleeps 4, why not provide towels for each person? Didn’t make sense to me

We stayed at several places along our trip and this was by far our favorite. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and two burner electric stove top. A small separation with a coach to watch TV or read. Everything was clean and the staff were great. We will definitely stay again and recommend!

Noisy! Beds not comfortable and not enough covers!

Noisy, could here footsteps and loud noises above our room.

TV was not working hopefully it gets fixed for the next visitors

Close to the freeway and easy hassle free check in staff was great and helpful

This place was terrible! On the surface, the rooms were okay. But there is something going on with the "live in" guests. People were up at all hours of the night going in and out of rooms, slamming doors, children running up and down the halls, music playing loudly, garbage stacked outside of rooms, loud voices, etc. People were going from one room to the other, again, slamming doors, totally rude behavior. We got maybe three hours of sleep with all the commotion going on. It was like people didn't know how to behave or didn't care. The environment felt "sketchy" and unsafe. Was this hotel housing homeless people under the covers? I've read about this, but don't know. We had already paid for a second night, but checked out after only one night. I would never, NEVER stay here again.
