I would 100% recommend this hotel and plan to stay again next time I’m in the area for business. Staff was kind. Room was clean and tidy. Hook and Ladder restaurant was amazing! High quality gym made for a great morning workout.

Great hotel in a great location. Our room was beautiful with the exception of a less than clean floor when we arrived. Otherwise everything was great. Nice staff, convenient parking and a really nice outdoor space.

Management was very welcoming and kind, and the facility was well decorated. The only heads up I would give is that the parking is a garage as opposed to a lot, and the surrounding streets tend to get a bit hectic with traffic.

The esthetic of the property was magnificent however the front desk task could use some refresher courses in proper customer service.

Upon check in, I honestly could not understand the young woman at the front desk. She just needs training, to look at people while she is speaking and be friendly. Everything else was fantastic.

Very Nice Hotel . tho the Housekeeping left my door open and unlocked for serval Hours while i was out .
Also left cleaning rags and dirty used tissue roll i room . Need better HouseKeeping.

West & Main is a great property with nice aesthetics, easy parking and friendly staff. The hotel is decorated beautifully. Rooms are spacious and modern with comfy bed and bedding. Loved the big bathroom with huge shower. I usually prefer my own lotion and soaps, but the brand and quality was luxurious to the skin. Convenient location and snacks/food is available on site.

Great city hotel. Breakfast was great, fast service. Rolling barn doors for toilet/shower room were a bit odd, but work well.

Housekeeping rarely came out of the 4 days I stayed at this hotel unless I had requested. The food downstairs is over priced and not great at all. The elevators kept having issues due to the keycard security feature.
Little to no amenities at this hotel. For the price you pay, there should be atleast free parking in which you have to pay $13 a day!
Will not book a room at this hotel at all in the future.

Well located, nice lobby with casual eating and lounging with a bar. There were more options at the front desk if you needed or forgot anything. Good lighting and atmosphere. We didn't use the outdoor space, but if it were nicer out, big green space to hang out and outdoor patio. Rooms seemed new and clean.

No coffee cups to make coffee. When we asked for some they gave us ones that were tooo tall for the maker. Got free coffee from the bar. Bed too soft.

The hotel was new on the outside, but the room needed repairs and wasn’t very accessible to individuals with needs. It’s not very friendly to older guests. The room had a broken drawer and the bathroom door was broken. They fixed upon request but this should have been taken care before check in.
