Great airport stay

Great place nice staff needed a place near the airport and this was perfect calm and chill just wish there was a fan in the room other than that amazing

I like this room for sleep very quiet and sweet this is my vacation time best for sleep one I love it

Cheap but decent for the price if you just need to get your head down.area is a bit run down but a couple if decent pubs with food within walking distance

Risor, the manager made the correction on my reservation making my time there incredible. Everything was great, the room was clean and comfortable.

This is a place I will never be traveling back to. The staff was extremely unprofessional, the bed was worse than sleeping on the floor, the area had very limited eating choices and no restaurant on sight. One night was more than enough for me.

An emergency, Lufthansa had cancelled our flight. Very nice people who has treated us with a lot of respect - not at all a matter of fact nowadays. I would always return!

Room was clean and simple. About 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hr from tourist attractions in London. Close access to train and bus. The service was amazing. I had left my passports and they kept them safe until I was able to pick them up hours after.

The bed sheets were nice and clean but The mattresses were uncomfortable The room Carpet was so dirty and smelly. The shower fixture was not easy to maintain comfortable temperature for water. The windows was not properly closed and sound of airplanes and street was terrible

The beds were spo hard, you felt like you were sleeping on the floor. We asked for an extra pillow each. Only provided 1 and all 3 were hard flat pancakes. The room was hot.. we were provided a fan… however not very effective as we did not feel safe to open the windows.. as they did not have a safety stopper to prevent someone from coming in. The only plus, for renting this was the proximity to the airport.. but still cost us 21.00 pounds for a 1.6 mile drive.

Staff were friendly. The room was clean. The road outside is noisy and as the room was hot the window needed to be open. The fan was noisy until I mended it. The location is convenient for Heathrow and a bonus of staying is extra day parking is charged at £8 per day. I wish I had known this. It would be great to include that in the details. The low energy lights flowed even when off and I ended up removing the 4 ceiling bulbs so we could have a conducive environment for sleep and replaced them in the morning. The parking area is gated but also used as dumping ground and let’s the overall tidy appearance down. If you don’t come by car you wouldn’t know! If you have an older car be aware that it is in the low emission zone and arriving at and leaving the hotel will each cost £12.50. Overall the place is decent. The pillows are thin and very hard. The smoke detector in my room had been covered probably by a previous guest who decided to smoke.

Customer service is good and property cleaned and tidied. But just given 1towel should have been 2 towels.

This is a great overnighter for a trip to Twickenham!

A good value overnight stay, handy to the motorway and our event venue.

This is a great place for a night before or after a flight from Heathrow. it feels very secure and the staff are lovely. There is a kitchen to prepare your own food and it is convenient for local stores.

They gave our room to someone else so we had to take different accommodations. The entire place was pretty dirty, it smelled like cigarettes in most of the room and like mildew in the bathroom. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and fruit flies came out of the shower drain. We had two rooms and one room had a sign warning not to drink the water and the other didn’t which what rather concerning because either they neglected to warn all of the guests of the water situation or that one particular room had problems with the pipes. One of the rooms also had absolutely zero functional outlets. Both rooms were missing smoke detectors. I absolutely would not recommend.

Honestly, I don't understand how this place could be rated this high. I rarely review but this place was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. The rooms looked nothing like the photos, we were greeted by a gloomy front desk that had a fish tank that hadn't been cleaned in years. The room itself had no aircon and was sweltering hot. The bathroom had been recently renovated however looked like a botched job. The only convenient thing was being close to the airport. The area itself was loud with fireworks being letoff in the rear neighbouring yard up until 2am. Honestly, pay a few extra dollars and stay at a nicer place.

My bathroom did not have a shower curtain or any amenities. The walls are thin, you can hear other guests TV’s and conversations. The room is in a converted house, and difficult to find using a cab from the airport.

The Hotel is clean with excellent location and services. A staff member named Ali was extremly friendly and supportive. I encourage every body to stay at this hub.

Cheap compared to other places to stay for one night while in transit for our next flight but I should have known better. You get what you pay for!

The staff should avoid having a screaming fight at 3:30am in the lobby. Guests are sleeping!

Very basic accommodations at the end of a “hotel row” near Heathrow. We booked a room only because Aer Lingus and British Airways had screwed up our booking and transfer on a flight. There is no dining at the hotel nor nearby; aircraft noise is very loud; no shuttle, you have to take an Uber, Lyft or cab. Basically we stayed there because we were too tired to search for anywhere else at 10 pm with no luggage. Nice people running the place; reasonably safe; clean; worn-out carpet. No elevator. Appears to be a shoestring operation by people trying to do their best. Nice fish tank in the lobby, though

Wonderful price for a location close to the bus line to Heathrow.

Nice enough stay for 1 night easy to get to Wembley from there bus 222 to Uxbridge then train into Wembley can’t complain if ever down that way again easy accessible to Heathrow as well so positive review

The place is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The manager is nice and helpful. The hotel needs to bring back the breakfast service again. Covid is over.

Planned to stay here for a one night before a flight out of Heathrow. I pulled up and realized that this is more of a home in a residential area. Apologies ahead of time, but the place looked shady and I couldn't bring myself to stay there. This is just my own perspective though. My recommendation is to check Google street view if you plan to stay here. So this is potentially a great place on the inside. First impressions from the outside scared me though.
