Great place for a large group. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and great enclosed backyard with a pool

Gorgeous home with kids bunk room appropriately separated from most other rooms. The only downside was there were not enough towels, bedding (sheets, pillowcases), the washer did not work (agitator broken), no hairdryers, no beach supplies or beach towels and the kitchen lacked a number of items needed. Therefore we bought and left a lot. However the house itself was great just be prepared to bring or buy all accoutrements.

Spacious, nicely updated, and a great location for a girls trip.

The home is beautiful. We had a few issues with the outlet in the master bathroom. The house was very clean. The pool was not clean upon arrival. We tried to clean the pool but the skimmer pole was broken. There was not enough water in the pool but there was no hose on site to add water to the pool. The skimmer basket was packed with debris. I would stay here again once the issues with the pool are resolved.

Checked rentals in August 2022 for spring break rentals 2023. Booked it easily.

Great property, exactly as described and pictured. Modern and clean. Slept our group of 12 adults very comfortably. Grill was a great bonus. Check in and out process was very smooth and easy. Only minor complaints were that the dishwasher was broken and the recycling was full/not taken out, but we all enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Would stay here again!

Great for golfers with Wild Dunes being very close by. Great back deck and pool. Grill was nice! I’m a big grill guy so that made it even more enjoyable! Highly recommend.

The property was spacious and nicely furnished. There were problems which would prevent me from returning. There were 4 TVs. Two did not work. Maintenance came to fix tv in master bedroom. Then two others stopped working. Contacted maintenance and no one came. The pool was too dirty to use. Someone came to clean the leaves out of the pool one day before we left. Finally, the oven was not thoroughly cleaned and smelled every time we used it.

Lovely home, beautifully decorated! Loved the back deck/pool area. Very close to the resort and tennis. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was wonderful. We had 2 problems that were both corrected before leaving. The hot water went out the 2nd night. Maintenance discovered the propane tank was empty. The house of 11 ladies were inconvenienced due to having to take “cold” baths. However, the Utilty company came out mid day Saturday and filled the tank. Hot water was back flowing. The pool was dirty upon arrival which deterred a few of the ladies from taking a dive. Maintenance showed up after a few days and got the pool straight. Other than those issues the stay was fantastic. The house had all the amenities needed for a vacation home. It’s nicely decorated. As time goes on it would be nice to add a few more televisions to the comfort of staying in the bedroom. It didn’t hinder the trip, but was mentioned. It was also suggested to have more wash clothes for a house that big for the number it accommodates. I would stay at the same house again on my next visit to Charleston. Despite the few hiccups, the overall experience was GREAT!!! The neighborhood was gated, quiet, felt safe and it was a GREAT home away from home. The staff is dynamic Cooper was GREAT to work with and Michelle jumped in and resolved the problems. YOU ROCK Island Realty!
