The van was spacious and very clean. Brilliant location for the main facilities. Beds were comfortable. The van was well equipped with everything you need.

There was nothing I didn’t like!

Great location.

This was not a luxury caravan. The sofas were very grubby, there were muddy tide marks all over them, we avoided sitting on them. And the caravan smelt very unpleasant. There were stains on the bedding and some of the towels were threadbare. Not a pleasant experience.

It was clean and very satisfactory

We had a little difficulty getting in but the owner was lovely and waited on the phone whilst we tried her suggestions

The caravan was well located, clean, the decor is welcoming and fresh.

The sofa bed was broken and couldn’t be used. The front door opens onto the gate so you’re unable to open the gate if the door is left open on the hook/latch provided. The Haven site staff were very unhelpful and rude when there was an issue with a lost key, the owner was abroad and the site staff refused to provide the spare key despite permission from the owner, and speaking to her on the phone themselves, so we had to pay £150 for a locksmith. The owner arranged this but didn’t tell us we would be charged. We found out from the locksmith at midnight, with 4 children waiting to go to bed and a dog inside the caravan for an extended amount of time. We have been advised a complaint was made to Haven by the owner and a request for the locksmith fee to be refunded. We have yet to receive any further communication about this. We also didn’t receive the email from Haven regarding Play Passes as advised.

It was modern, clean & quite practical. I've stayed at 3 different holiday homes at Thorpe Park in Cleethorpes, and this one was by far the best one.

The only thing we didn't like was the weather. It rained the entire time we were there but absolutely zero problems with the stay itself or the holiday home.
