Really enjoyed this house. We had a ten person group and felt like there was space for everyone to get away to their own space as well as communal spaces for the group. Most of the places in Asheville we wanted to go were about 25 minutes away, which we were happy with. The outdoor spaces were really nice and we had a great time with the hot tub.

Wonderful stay with family and friends. Lots of room for our group of 9 people, age range from 54 to 16. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Views from property are great! This is the second time my husband and our son have stayed at this property due to proximity to Asheville and Hendersonville.

This house was awesome!! We picked the coldest weekend and ran into a tiny issue (weather related) but John answered right away and fixed it immediately. There was so much space yet felt cozy! Hot tub and fire places were amazing! Breweries and down town weren’t to far! 10/10recommend!!

Plenty of towels, paper products, large rooms for quiet times, games, cards, movies. Quick response for hot tub issue. The airport is 10 minutes away, Pisgah Nat'l forest and local park with trails nearby.

We had 12 adults stay in this house for a family mountain getaway and it was perfect! There was enough space for everyone to spread out, lots of activities to keep us entertained, and the location was great. I communicated with the hosts several times and always received a reply within minutes. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back again!

We are a blended mix of blood relations and chosen family. We all now live in three different states. That, and Covid, have kept us apart since our last Christmas in 2018. Needless to say, we were beyond excited to find the perfect rental, once we'd landed on Asheville, NC. Hutch Mountain Villa seemed perfect, and upon arrival, proved us right! The photos simply can't do it justice as you walk through this exceptionally clean, well-appointed home. The kitchen has an abundance of cookery, including utensils, and glasses and mugs for every need. Because we stayed until Christmas Eve, the house had a beautifully-lit tree and lovely nods to Christmas throughout the main level. It felt like home to us immediately. The bedrooms and bathrooms all have ample room. Our only issues were that we needed assistance (via phone) to reset the hot tub so it fully worked. The air hockey table did blow a bit of air but that didn't work either. Lastly, we did have an issue with heat on the main floor but the owner and heating tech fixed that quickly while we were out sight-seeing. Overall, this is a big, beautiful, clean and classy home and I highly recommend to any renters! We had plenty of room for our 7 adults and 3 teenagers.

Loved the property. It had something for the whole family. Kids and adult kids (lol) loved the downstairs pool table and tv room. The air hockey didn’t work, but that was ok. The mid floor had everything for relaxation and the view was amazing. The kitchen had everything! The fireplaces worked but the gas fumes made us nervous. The outdoor amenities were awesome too, but our trip was too short to take advantage of it all. I would definitely book here again!

I was not expecting such a very spacious beautiful home. Our family totally enjoyed staying here. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Asheville. The house is awesome-has so many rooms and so many things to do. Would highly recommend staying here.

We really loved this house. It’s great for a large group . Plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms and space to spread out . It needs a little update with paint , some beds replaced and tv upstairs in the family room area . But overall it’s comfortable and we felt safe . It has a great view , ample parking and nice kitchens. The kitchen downstairs was pretty much bare bones but we only used the refrigerator for overflow. I would go back!

Perfect location/view/layout for family of all ages.

We had a great time hiking the Pisgah trails & biking thru the Biltmore grounds. Hutch Mt Villa was perfect for the 8 of us and well located for getting to our various activities.

The house was very accommodating, in a beautiful area. Only thing to keep in mind, is the driveway is very steep and narrow. Other than that it was a nice weekend with family and friends.

Very nice place to stay. Back steps by hot tub were a little sketchy to walk up and down but everything else was nice

We stayed for a wedding in town. It was a great place for a family reunion, dog included!! We had more than enough room and the views were lovely! Will definitely stay again

Great place for an old friends reunion of five couples! Only downside was road construction in Asheville.

For many years we have done a family vacation with our three adult sons and their wives and their significant others. It's always a great time with the family. This year was particularly good because the house we stayed in was excellent. It was beautiful, had large bedrooms with baths, two kitchens, a game room, and a movie room. Plus, we were only about 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville and 30 minutes from downtown Asheville. Having the right place to stay is so important. It allows you to focus on other things.

House is amazing, view is amazing, but most amazing was the power went out and a generator popped on and within minutes the owner reached out to make sure and see if we needed anything. We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful vacation here. The location was great! We visited Asheville and hiked to waterfalls and everything in between. Plenty of room for our family of 14.

This was our favorite NC rental we've stayed at so far and we have been coming every year since 2006. It fit our party of 10 perfectly. Reasons I loved this villa.... 1) Location!- Close to everything we love to do in the Asheville. 2) Best stocked kitchen- we love to cook and for the first time we had everything we needed to prepare big family dinners. 3) Hot tub, air hockey, pool table 4) Space- we never felt crowded 5) The view- close to everything but a gorgeous view of the mountains 6) Dog friendly- Fenced in yard!! There are many other reasons we loved it but these were the game changers for us and we can't wait to come back. Thank you for allowing us to create more mountain memories!

This is a great house to stay at with a large group. Lots of sleeping areas--we had about 14 people and every couple/kids had their own room and felt comfortable. Great amenities--we enjoyed the hot tub! Close enough to downtown Asheville.

The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family of 10 to spread out and enjoy! The host was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I would say could be improved was that the water pressure for the house was often limited. This was probably due to multiple people/appliances using the hot water at the same time, but might be improved in the future to adequately service the size of the house!

We had such an amazing time staying at this property. The house is gorgeous and looks even prettier in person (which is hard to do because the photos are amazing)! Everything was clean and super easy to navigate thanks to clear instructions! The hot tub was a highlight of the trip, and the house had everything we needed. Perfect place to be if you want the view, quietness, but also close enough to downtown. Thank you so much for providing the perfect house for the perfect weekend!

16 of us stayed at this house and it could not have been better! We never felt cramped and it had everything we needed during our stay. It was within close driving distance to all of our activities in Asheville and it wasn’t in a super secluded area which we liked. Would highly recommend for large groups!
