Room is comfortable. Front desk officer (Cik Balqis) is very helpful and accommodative. Nice location with nearby shopping complex and waterpark. Its just quite a headache to get parking space. Overall its a great stay.

it looked nice from first glance and the location was very convenient. close to shops restaurants and theme park
there was mould in the bathroom and the stench that came from drain was really bad. lights blew out in our room and initially I wanted connecting rooms they couldn’t guarantee it. after I moved rooms the next day because I insisted as that’s what I had booked the man tried to charge me extra. staff weren’t as friendly as other hotels. overall it was ok, facilities and room was cleaned daily and breakfast option was good

Location was really good!! walking distance to Sunway lagoon and Sunway pyramid mall which you can walk from the hotel lobby straight into the Sunway shopping mall.
Room was big and view was good!!
Our "non-smoking" room smelt like a smoking room when we first entered and most of the time when we got back, till we had to get the staff to respray it twice.

location perfect for theme park just walking step distance from lobby to entrance,mall just beside hotel made all so convenience. very good recommend

It was very convenient for shopping as it is connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall. Room was spacious.
Housekeeping service was bad. 2nd day, we were there, and the mugs were not washed. There were no towels and floor mat in the bathroom, and we had to ask for them. The bathroom was cleaned very well as there were stains in the sink and also toilet bowl. The mattress is abit hard and unable for me to sleep comfortably.
