Loved the location and how well presented the apartment was. Loved the welcome goodies too!

Location was fabulous but I knew it well hence booking this property. Property is well laid out with a nice flow to it. It was clean and tidy but it’s a relitivly new to holiday market I would guess. For future attention to details would suggest cleaning radiators and in corners, to keep up high standards. The place is definitely a wow once you enter the living/dinning area with its big windows to the side and patio doors to the balcony. It’s a decent kitchen, with all you need to prepare a meal or 2 (not that we cooked but did make tea/coffee and the odd snack) a washing machine and dishwasher. Products provided to use both of these. There was enough knickknacks to make it homely but not to many to feel cluttered. The selection of books, DVD’s, both music and films was good. The bathroom has a decent size shower and space to put your toiletries. Towels proved were of a good quality. Could do with a shower mat. The bobinoculars were a great addition for watching wild life. All the little touches such as toiletries, washing items and the gift basket were very appreciated, especially the beautiful flowers. Instructions in the flat and communication with the owner was excellent. For anyone unaware of the area you are 15-20 walk from the retail park and swimming pool one way and 15-20 walk the other way into main Bexhill with lots of small shops, bars and restaurants as well as the Delewar Centre with arts/concerts held there, supermarket and train station. Beds comfortable for short term but would prefer firmer Matrices and plumper pillows.
