Great location & beautiful views!

This home provides a perfect place for a family spending their vacation on the Ky Lake. The kitchen is well equipped, and the house has lots of towels in the bathrooms and comfortable beds. Beautiful views with a great outdoor living space and dock. Scott, the owner, was very generous in sharing extra items such as chairs, for our day of enjoying the eclipse in Southern Illinois.

Wonderful property for our multi-family Thanksgiving visit.

The stay was good! got cut short when water heater went out! Left a day early due to water heater issues! Left Thursday @ 10am instead of Friday!

We have rented numerous properties in the KY lakes area and this one was probably the best experience for our family to date. Great layout, beautiful views, responsive owner, awesome deck overlooking the lake and everything a family would need to enjoy days at the lake. Interior amenities were very nice. The availability of Sea-Doo rentals from the owner was a great added benefit. Highly recommend this one.

Honestly the best experience ever. The lake house was amazing and the owner was quick to to respond to all questions or concerns. This lake house had everything including jet ski's and a chair lift so our parents could access the dock with ease. I could go on for ever with our experience this property was absolutely amazing. This house was everything plus a whole lot more! Exceptional lake view, beautiful dock, comfortable beds, bathrooms for each room, the list goes on and on. The extra chest freezer was perfect as was the ice machine so our coolers were always filled and drinks were always cold. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We hope to stay here again! Thank you Smith family for sharing your wonderful home with us. We look forward to return trips.

This property was amazing! We are very familiar with the lake and would argue that you can't find a better location or view than this place. Straight shot across to the rock quarry, right next to the Moors, etc... The house itself was perfect for our two families. It was great to have ample bathrooms and two full family rooms. We spent 90% of our time outside in the water or on the back deck taking in the view. Really nice 6 person golf cart to cruise to the marina. Incredible dock setup and it even has a powered cable car to get you up and down to the dock which is great for hauling coolers and other stuff up and down. The host was very nice and easy to work with. We would highly recommend and will certainly come back!!

Love the views of the lake

The house was perfect, decorated very warm and elegantly. The location on the lake was very lovely and quiet, I wouldn’t recommend swimming off the dock without a life vest and fishing off the dock could be a problem but that doesn’t take away from everything else and the neighborhood is quite and clean. I would recommend strongly.

The place is great. It is very well kept, was very clean, and had everything we wanted - dock, huge deck, great view even from inside, a pool table, a golf cart, a toaster oven, charging cords everywhere for our phones, plenty of outlets, etc. It was an easy trolley ride down the hill to the dock. The kids loved riding to the marina on the huge golf cart. The appliances all seem new. The furniture is comfy. We enjoyed grilling on the large deck, with music via Bluetooth outside. The place is upscale, updated, fancy, yet cozy and comfy. We loved the Sea Doos, and were able to rent a pontoon boat from Moors Marina (a short golf cart ride away). The host was very helpful, with great communication. Check in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was great! Very clean, stocked with everything we needed, the house is just as pictured. If you’re going to spend time on the dock, the trolley is amazing to have!! We would definitely stay again!

Our groups of friends from college had a blast reuniting at the lake this weekend! Scott’s place was the perfect size for our group. We loved having two living room spaces to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. It was a big deal that there are 4 bathrooms each with a shower too! This way each couple had their own bathroom and privacy. The view of the lake is amazing and we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely keep Scott’s place in mind for future trips!

Just WOW! Beautiful home with amazing view of the lake. Everything you need is already here. Our family truly enjoyed our visit and are already talking about when we will be back. It was great to have access to the dock for fishing, the golf cart to check out the area, and the awesome deck and fire pit to relax and visit with family.

Our trip to Kentucky Lake was fabulous thanks to the beautiful lake and fabulous home Scott and his family provided my family. It was a much-needed sibling get-together for my husband and two brothers and sister since losing their mother two years ago. Betty, my mother-in-law was smiling down from heaven as she saw her children together in two years. Smith family your home is beautiful! Scott was very attentive and responded quickly to questions and concerns. We will be taking a trip again to Ky. Lake and you can bet Scott will hear from us again!
