Booked a hotel for 6 nights. Paid the full amount in cash at the reception upon check-in. However, we had to leave the hotel after 3 nights. We asked the hotel staff for a refund for 3 unused nights. We offered to pay a cancellation fee even though it was not a cancellation but a date change.
The hotel staff reacted rudely, categorically refused to return even part of the money. The person who made the decision on the return simply left the reception and did not begin to talk to us at all.
On the day we left the hotel, the staff canceled our booking completely and indicated that we had not checked into the hotel at all. After the cancellation, we couldn't even leave a review. Only with the help of the staff of booking.com was it possible to do this. Very disappointing situation, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to the beach and there is a shop by the corner
Staff are not helpful, we got a room for 3 persons with 2 beds, 2 towels ,2 pillows ,2 glasses. Ridicolous

The location is very good, the breakfast is ok, the room was clean. The stuff is ok with English, which is good. The elevator is working.
Wi-fi wasn't really good in the room. The hotel is right in front of the Mosque, so you will hear a VERY loud sounds coming from it (the first sound comes at least at 5.30 in the morning). One of the shower heads wasn't working well, but other ones were good.
