Lovely, clean apartment with two large en suite bedrooms. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and tube stations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved this flat! It's on a mews so it feels cozy and nice. Loved hanging out in the family room to watch a movie at night after a long day of sightseeing. Comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning which came in handy as it was warm when we were there, and modern bathrooms. Host was very responsive. Good location, five min walk to Butter Bakery or Westbourne Park tube. Would definitely stay again!

This place seemed too good to be true but it was true!! This was the perfect home for our family of 5 to stay in whilst we explored London & visited family for a week. Sam is an excellent host and ensured we had what we needed to get our break off to a good start. The communication was great & check in seamless. We found the property clean and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was an easy walk to the Westbourne Park stop, which was our far way to explore wonderful London. We got to know the tube lines well. We enjoyed the close proximity to Portobello market. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. We had a little trouble with the washer, likely user error. Sam was a wonderful host and helped us with many things including helping us arrange transportation to airport.

The property is located in a neighborhood with a short walk stores and restuarants and is not far from a wide variety of shops. Tube staion is just a few minutes walk. The place came with everything we needed to feel at home

Staying in a metropolis can be unnerving when the spellbinding charms of the bustle and sheer energy in a spectacular surroundings continue in the din and restlessness of a frequented hotel. But with this property you simply have the best of both worlds! The apartment (house, more like) is situated in the seclusion of a quiet mews and in one of the most pleasant and beautiful neighbourhoods of the city. And the opportunity to just catch a bus on your own doorstep and explore all the fascinating aspects of London almost immediately, while yet being able to return to the safety, the privacy and the luxury of this holiday home is an incredible asset. We loved our stay, and we would recommend the apartment wholeheartedly to all and sundry - on the condition that their plans don't clash with ours: Because to have stayed here once means to avidly, almost addictedly count down the days to the next possible stay in this ideal place! Smashing!

Stayed at the property for 3 nights in mid July!! Absolutely wonderful, cannot recommend Sam’s place more!! 5 stars for sure. Great location, clean, easy check in, loved the ac option! Italian restaurants within a 10 min walk were great!! Wonderful breakfast place, Haminados, less than 5 min walk. Felt a little like we lived in London rather than just be a tourist!!

A great place for our family of 5. The rooms were nicely appointed, all beds were very comfortable and the AC was very nice to have on those hot summer days! The location is amazing - we definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The host, Sam, was very helpful and accommodating-some of our group arrived very early and he was able to get us in early which was very much appreciated after the long flight. He also gave us a list of recommended restaurants which was great (and accurate).The area feels safe and there are lots of restaurants near. The check-in process was seamless and everything worked wonderfully! Thank you!!

Wonderful property very quiet and secure but very close to Tube system and Portobello Street. Bedrooms are upstairs but each have access to a bathroom and toilet. Top floor has wonderful skylights. We had a great stay!!

This is a great little mews house on the edge of Notting Hill in the area considered Westbourne Park. It is three stories, with beds and baths on the top two floors. It was very comfortable, very clean. It’s a very quiet private street which is exactly what we wanted. There are bus stops right outside the gate, and tube stations within a few minutes bus ride, or a few minutes walk. The host could not have been more cooperative and helpful. He even picked up an Amazon parcel for us before we arrived that contain some things we needed and couldn’t get in the grocery store. I would definitely go back, and highly recommend it to others.

This was a wonderful place to stay in London. As everyone else has mentioned, the location can’t be beat. Quiet but walking distance to restaurants, grocery, pubs, stores, etc. Bus stops right there and tube stops close by. The Mews house was perfect to come home to after a day out and about. Very comfortable for 4 of us for 8 days. Sam is very responsive to any questions you may have. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful, clean, and the location was great. We easily walked to dinner at various restaurants each night. The bus stop is literally around the corner and shopping at Portobello road less than 10 minutes walk. The owner provided very detailed and clear check instructions. This is one of the easiest and nicest experiences I’ve had with VRBO.

This is a great apartment. Clean, in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for families, and well managed. Sam is a terrific host, responsive and very accommodating. Sam was very happy to let us check in to the apartment early so we did not have to figure out what to do with our luggage and belongings upon our arrival. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quiet, clean apartment that isn’t too far from the sights.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sam’s flat. Everything was just as advertised, clean, modern, cozy, safe, secure, with lots of attention to detail for their guests’ comfort. We appreciated being able to check in a bit early after a very long flight, easy instructions with all the pertinent details arrived before we left home, and finding the kitchen stocked with tea, coffee, milk and juice was such a kind gesture. Things like extra towels, throw blankets and fresh flowers made it feel even nicer. The mews house was quiet, & well located near Portobello Road and with several helpful transport options as well as a great list of local restaurants, this place was pretty close to perfect. Sam, I hope we get to stay with you again!

Beautiful apartment! We will definitely stay again. The kitchen and baths were wonderful. The location is perfect, the bus stop is just outside the property gate. Portobello Road and Notting Hill are very close by. This apartment checked all of the boxes!

Cosy, quiet property tucked away off Chepstow Rd. Quick walk to metro stations, with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Will definitely be staying here next time we take a trip to London!

I enjoyed my stay in this property, and I stayed for 6 days. The location is great and the house has a great charm and is a good size, kept clean and up to date. Everything is well set up in the house. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and it was all smooth sailing. The host was very responsive (and caring) prior to my booking and during my stay, responding quickly and addressing every question or help I needed. I will certainly stay here again if there is opportunity in the future.
