This home was in a great location for us. Overall the house worked out nicely. Alicia was quick to respond and helpful in getting things taken care of. We love Fripp Island!

The coral pelican was perfect for our stay. We had two sets of twins, two sets of parents plus one little one. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals, the garage space was perfect for beach staging, the outdoor shower was a huge hit for the teens (I dont think they showered indoors the whole trip) and the porch was perfection in the evenings. As far as location. It was awesome. Close to the beach, the adult pool, gym made everyday a breeze! We ended up bringing a second golf cart which I would recommend if you have more than 4 people, but having one included made a huge difference.
The amenity cards came in clutch! There was an issue with the VRBO messaging and Alecia was very responsive via text. Definitely on our favorites list!

We had such a great vacation. Everything was absolutely perfect.. great location, owner was very responsive with every inquiry, beautiful scenery, the home was equipped with everything we needed even down to toys for the kids! We loved everything about our stay!!

The property is a great location. Awesome View of marsh in back. Nice home and had everything we needed. Nice trail to walk or ride bike behind home. Alecia is a great host. Quickly responds and eager to please.

We enjoyed our family vacation in this house with a great location and beautiful view from the back deck! Alecia was very easy to work with and quickly responded to a problem with the golf cart. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Fripp Island!

The location was great, the property very nice and well kept, with easy access to all Fripp has to offer. And our host Alecia was fantastic. From the lead up to our stay all the way through our check out, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. Her efforts to make our stay enjoyable was so very appreciated!

This home was beautiful and perfect for our two week getaway. It is located in the center of the Island which makes getting to any of the places you want to go, super easy. The beach is just a couple of blocks away, the beach club is just right down the street and the most beautiful walking trail is right behind the house with gorgeous views and perfect spot for fishing. Would definitely love to stay again!
