Everything about our visit to the area was wonderful! The home was just as described, the location was great, and everyone had a fantastic time! We would definitely recommend this property!

My family and I had the best stay at this amazing property! The home was beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable! This was by far, the best property we have ever stayed at! We were very impressed at how incredibly accomadating the property was, everything you could possibly want in a vacation home was right there! The location is also wonderful, located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. We really appreciated the owners for their intentional creative design in this property, it truly makes staying there so effortless and relaxing ! We will absolutely be booking this gem again! We have traveled extensively, but have never returned to the same rental by owner because there are so many unique places in the country to visit. We enjoyed our stay so much, however, that we have already decided to return to this home next year. The house is beautiful, very well-appointed, and has and a kitchen stocked with every amenity a person might need need. We especially loved the heated pool, the hot tub, and the gas fireplace in the living room. Having a bedroom and two rest rooms on the first floor was particularly helpful with elderly parents.
We took several short walks to the pond to see the birds, turtles, and ducks, and spent some lovely time at the beach. Our stay could not have been any nicer.

Every last detail from the furnishings, decor, lighting, landscape design, heated pool and fire pit is all meticulously designed and pure elegance. You can’t beat the proximity to such a beautiful beach and the marketplace. The entire trip was perfection.

My family and I just got back from a great week on the Cape. The house was perfect for the 5 of us and conveniently located near the marketplace and beach. The kids fished in Deans pond and enjoyed the pool when they got tired of the beach. The house was very clean, well equipped and made for a comfortable stay. Would recommend it to anyone interested!

We had a fantastic family vacation in this incredible home. The location is ideal for enjoying everything Popponesset has to offer. The amenities are all first class and in impeccable condition. Wish we had more time to enjoy them all. Would highly recommend and definitely come back! Paul is an outstanding host.

This is a perfect vacation spot for families of young children or for a group of adults! We had a great stay with our young child. We loved hanging out in the heated pool and in the beautiful house. The town has a lot to offer too! Thank you for giving us a relaxing spot to soak up family time! We hope to come back next year!

This amazing house is just as described! My family of 6 enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub very much. My sons really enjoyed the cabana- it seemed much more like a she- shed or man- cave.
The house was equipped with everything you could think of and more!
The owner was quick to respond to any questions that arose. Check in was smooth and easy!
I would rent again if i return to the Cape!

Our daughter got married at the Popponesset Inn and we rented the house to be close to the Inn.
The house is beautiful. Just what you think off when you think of a house on The Cape. The backyard is incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Paul was great and available at all times to answer our questions.
Would highly recommend.

This property lived up to all expectations. Clean, beautiful property with much attention to detail. All the amenities functioned as expected, we made great use of the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The top deck offered beautiful views and was so relaxing. The decor and cleanliness of the home was top tier. The proximity to Poppy Marketplace allowed us to walk instead of drive. The host was gracious and helpful with information about local offerings. Highly recommend for a fabulous stay.

This beautiful house offered so much well thought out space inside and out. Walking distance to the beach, great location near shops and restaurants and an amazing outdoor area. The hosts have truly thought of everything guests might need and are very responsive in communication.

This house is in a great location and has everything you could want/need. It’s an especially great set up with two master suites and two living areas. Only downside was that the weather/time of year prevented us from getting full use of the back yard. The good news is my parents loved it so much we’ll be coming back in September!

We had a wonderful time! We stayed in November 2023 and still had plenty to do in the cape. The house was exactly as advertised and was super clean and had everything we needed, we especially loved the gas fireplace inside during our fall visit, there was great space for everyone! We would definetly stay again.

This property could not have been better! The house was clean, roomy, and beautifly decorated. It was obvious a lot of thought went into preparing this house for guests. The owners were quick to respond if we had questions and very personable. The location near the pond and quick walk to the private beach were perfect! We loved our stay! (FYI, the bedroom upstairs with the en-suite bath has a king bed. The listing says it is a queen.)

We loved the little cottage out back and the beautiful home! We had three couples and had more than enough room for us to be together and then alone! We enjoyed a walk to the personal beach on one of the days. The morning towel cleaning seemed odd to us, but we complied. Overall this is an amazing rental.

Stayed here for three days with some friends for my son's wedding. Beautiful property. It rained so could not enjoy all of the amenities. But the place is beautifully decorated. Lots of space for the rest of the family to visit.

We loved our stay here for our wedding weekend! We also rented their space across the street for the weekend and it worked out really well. The beach is just a few minute walk away. It really was great for getting ready and walking to the beach for photos.
A few things to be aware of that didn’t overall take away from our stay- check out time (9am) is a bit early with instructions to have towels washed and folded prior to departure, the neighbor next door was very interested in our stay (but not interfering), we were asked to pay the final payment a few weeks earlier than agreed or the property would have been cancelled (but we were thankfully able to pay and it all worked out). Overall it’s a great spot, absolutely beautiful location, would recommend.

House was located in a quiet setting close to the beach. House was lovely - clean and spacious. We loved our stay. The thing to note is that you have to not only wash but dry and fold all the towels and check out is 9am. That’s a very tight window to wash, dry, fold and leave that early. He allowed us to leave a little later. The nice home and backyard was worth it.

Amazing house, clean, airy, beautifully decorated, comfortable (missing a king size bed that would be the cherry on top of the cake), clean warm salt water pool, walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants, in a very nice neighborhood, owners extremely nice and always available. Can’t wait to go back!
