The neighborhood is so nice and the house was more than spacious! Location was perfect to many, stores, restaurants and downtown Greenville!!!! We had a great stay and definitely will stay again!

Home was close to Greenville and family in the area. Home met the needs of out if town guest. Safe neighborhood, quiet, great street for walking the dogs. Great backyard for children to play kickball, football, run, and Frisbee. 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms. Half bath downstairs. Washer and dryer available for guest use.

We have family in Simpsonville and would/will stay here again. Great location - easy access to 385. Pet friendly is greatly appreciated. Had issue with key lock but we are sure it was from the frigid temps being experienced in the area. Got better the day as temps were warming up. Had to call manager about lock initially and his response was IMMEDIATE!! Also responded to other questions quickly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The house is in very nice and safe neighborhood, close to downtown and major highway, full of house supplies, great host, great price. Definitely will stay or book for family members again!

We had a nice stay over the thanksgiving break at this house. It was comfortable for the most part and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy to get in and out of and fairly close to lots of attractions in and around Greenville. We had a few minor issues but the owner was extremely responsive when we messaged them about it. Some minor nitpicks are the lack of a bedroom downstairs. If you have very young children, you will absolutely need a baby gate for this house because of the stairs on the second floor. Additionally, check-in and check-out instructions were never sent so I had to reach out to the owner about it (they responded very quickly). Most of the beds were not on bed frames which made it a tad difficult for my older parents to get in and out of. I think the house is priced well and the owners were responsive when we had to reach out. We liked the location small issues aside, we had a nice stay.

All went very well. Had a Christmas get together with family. Had a large family room with plenty of room for gathering, opening presents, etc. Also was a good location to get to restaurants and whole foods.

The ice maker did not work, there were no paper towels at all and minimal toilet paper, the dishwasher soap was as hard as a rock, we had to bust it up to get enough to run the machine. Some outdoor furniture would have been nice. Overall good, I would stay again.

We were only here for a one night stay but would definitely stay again. We spoke with the host several times and Gregory was extremely nice and helpful. The home was super comfortable and clean and had everything we could possibly need, even for a longer stay. We ended up taking our dogs last minute and he was more than willing to accommodate. The back yard was perfect for them to run around a bit while we were there. Such a quiet and nice neighborhood in a great location. Would highly recommend if you are ever in the area!
