Had a great time and very good location for all things orlando.

House was spotless I would stay again. The only 2 issues are that you can’t put the air lower than 73 because they said it freezes the motor. I have been in business for 25 years. That is false. Also the frying pans were horrible we could not make anything. If I new that I would brought my own.

nice property, stayed for three weeks only four family members stay there so plenty of everything for everybody, plus two extra guests stayed for few days. Plenty of pool furniture but is getting a bit worn out. fridge freezer broke down on our last week management responded quickly and very polite not the best thing to have no fridge freezer in florida but these things do happen. definitely stay again 😃

The house is beautiful. In a gated golf community. There was no cell service (Verizon/T-Mobile) driving through community and surrounding town (but fine at house). We were left with a small bottle of laundry soap, a small amount of hand soap in 2 bathrooms, 2 garbage bags, and half a roll of paper towels. There are no cleaning supplies. The beds were comfortable and pool was nice (we didn’t have much time in it). Overall, we would stay again knowing what we know now.

Great place, just not clean on arrival - sticky floors, pool patio had substantial mildew left under chairs and the entrance mat (washed 2 days after arriving). Pool had debris/bugs and appeared as if the side walls were dirty (maybe stained). We didn't want to get in but it was the only way to col off - should state in the advertisement that thermostat setting is no less than 72 degrees. Kitchen faucet has a continuous drip. Roaches found throughout the house. Property manager says that is normal in Florida, said it was because doors are left open (they weren't) - this was our 4th visit to the area, 1st time with roaches. PM gave us Raid to use as the solution.

We had a fabulous stay! Wish it was longer! Loved the pool and the privacy. We were able to accommodate the entire family! Thank you for everything!

The property is great for vacations and getaways for groups and large families. The amount of rooms and bathrooms make it easy for all so that you do not feel crowded. The five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities were fantastic for a family with children. There were games provided, cable TV, internet access, and of course a pool. Your kids will not be bored! The property is approximately 20-25 minutes from amusement parks (when no accidents or outside of rush hour) and within driving distance of stores and restaurants. You won't regret staying here!

The house is great. However, there was a problem with pool not being heated on Sunday. We checked in late Saturday (pool was supposed to have started on Saturday). It was too cold to use all day Sunday. I contacted mgr on Sunday. She did respond quickly. The breaker was tripped. I requested a refund for Sunday pool heat which she refused. We were only able to use the pool for 3 of 5 days that we were there. We left behind two debit cards. I requested that they be mailed to me. There was a charge of $20 for mailing, which i felt was very excessive. The reason for lower rating on listing information was because they showed a picture of a grill and a grill was listed in the amenities section. On inquiry, i was told grill was not included and would be $80 to rent. Owners were gracious to allow us to change length of listing, which I did appreciate. Overall nice stay. The layout was perfect for our family of 10.

We loved the quiet and safe location of the house. It was the perfect size for our 2 families, group of 7….lots of comfy beds, clean bathrooms and loved the pool deck. Owners were amazing, communicated well and left great instructions. Overall great experience!

The house was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. We had 6 adults and 5 teenagers and the house worked out well due to it’s size and spaciousness A beautiful home.

Not a bad property. Quiet gated neighborhood. House could definitely use more up keep. Not a lot of the essentials available as far as towels, tp, paper towels etc. so you’re definitely gonna have to stay up on laundry and/or purchase your own. There’s a bit of black mold on shower heads, faucets, and tubs. Cleaning staff could definitely do a little bit better keeping it clean. Other then that it’s a decent spot to rest your head if your on the go.

House worked out great for our family of 12 to meet up for. The multiple master bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were very helpful. We did have a leak in the house and property management came out to address, but we continued to have leaking water from the ceiling the rest of the week. One bathroom also needs a new shower head and the toilet is constantly running. Not a huge deal, overall cleanliness was good!

The property was well equipped, with plenty of crockery, and cutlery (although a potato masher would be good) plenty of bedding and towels. The pots and pans were however very worn, and need replacing. Over all the cleanliness was fair, the upstairs shower heads were very dirty, and the carpets needs a good shampoo.. We would have struggled to have all the bedding and towels laundered if all of our 11 guests were leaving on our last day. Also we found that leaving on a Wednesday caused us to have garbage in both the bins, as the garbage had to be put out on Sunday and Monday nights Over all this villa worked very well for our family of 11, and with the above concerns addressed ,it is a perfect place for a family with young kids to stay on a Disney vacation.

House was great with plenty of room. Enjoyed the pool, did get it heated and it was perfect. A little difficult getting in aced out without a hand rail for us older ones but no problem for kids. Great location.

We had a great stay! Communication was great with the owners, even was able to add a grill rental last minute! The pictures show a grill outside the pool area but you have to rent one!! We were a party of 12 and there wasn't many pots and pans for cooking for a large group. The king master at the top of the stairs needs a new mattress, one side is completely gone!! The door in that room also doesn't latch shut. Overall the house was a good fit for us and we enjoyed our stay!! Disney is about 30 minutes away and Universal about 45! Also house is now a light blue not green like still in the pictures!!

Great location for Disney. Community was quiet and well maintained. Golf course a bonus. Multiple primary suites outstanding.

Nice quiet subdivision. The Villa was large enough for our family of 11. There was a pack and play for the baby available to use.. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Check in was quick and easy. The box fans were an added plus in each of the bedrooms. Only negatives we noted were a few verticals were missing on the patio blinds and the carpets had many spots that could be remedied with a good shampoo. We went to both Clearwater and Cocoa beaches. Both were right at a 1 1/2 hour drive. Traffic can be congested to the Orlando amusement parks…you’ll just want to plan ahead for that. Overall it was a beautiful place.

I searched forever looking for the perfect place, 3 bedrooms that had queen beds or larger, a great lanai/pool, great kitchen, close to Disney & Universal and reasonably priced. This villa had all of that and more with comfy furniture & the great full bath by the pool & easy communication with Dane/Caroline. When I reached out to ask if we could access the clubhouse before check-in because we had a very early arrival flight, we actually were able to get in early☺️(thank you, that was a lifesaver) Neighbors were super close & we had some pretty noisy groups on either side of us. Publix is very close, Disney was about 30/40 minutes & Universal was 1 hour. The list of chores seemed a bit overwhelming with trash bins, laundry, bedding especially since we left the villa at 3:30 AM for the airport. And we all ended up sick 2 days before leaving. We did the best we could. Also we happily recycle but without going to look at the outside bins, we were throwing all of it in the one bin in the kitchen for 3 days. It would be nice to have a separate bin in the kitchen/pantry. Raccoons did get in our trash bin overnight while at the curb. My husband checked it & the whole bag was shredded in the morning. We would definitely stay again during a less busy travel time to have some more privacy/quiet time at the pool. Thanks for sharing your villa with us…it’s spacious, beautiful & well maintained!

We enjoyed the house overall. It's spacious and worked great for us (4 adults, 2 teens, and 4 kids, a totalof 10 of us) The pool was a nice break, and the kids loved the air hockey and foozball tables in the garage. It's close to the Disney parks, which is why we stayed there, it took us 30-45 minutes a day to reach them. (FYI... It's no longer green as pictured, it's a light grayish blue color.)

Everything was exactly as shown on website. The house was perfect for our family vacation. We were close to all amenities. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of by management promptly. Sharon was very easy to get in touch with. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool and foosball. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely rent this house again. Thanks to Dane and Caroline. We had a wonderful vacation.

This house was perfect for our 2 families (9 of us total) visiting the Orlando area! There was plenty of room for us all and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool or sitting poolside in the (many) loungers after our long days at the theme parks! The hosts were very good about communication! Publix is close (about 5-7 minutes away) and on the way to Disney World and Universal Studios. St. Pete's beach is only 1.5 hours away, but there are no beach chairs at the house to take. We just brought beach towels (there were plenty) and sat on those. The only thing I would mention is that if you go to Disney World in the morning (close to opening) the drive time from the house is about 45 minutes because of traffic, but we just kept that in mind and left earlier. We had no issues with anything in the house and would highly recommend staying here!

Great placement for getting to the parks. Close enough to make it easy to drive but far enough to not have to deal with large crowds while relaxing. The house was comfortable and had enough space for everyone to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other.

The house looks just like the pictures, very clean and organized. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Excellent communication with property manager. If you go during winter time please request the pool to be heated :), we forgot to do it but it was turned on as soon as we requested it. We will definitely go back!!

Lots of space for the family and friends to stay. Not to far from Disney. Enjoyed the heated pool, air hockey and foosball. Place was clean and ready for use. Family had a great time.

I was looking for an affordable home in the same community my family lives in. I was pleased with the price and positive comments with Dane and Caroline’s place. We arrived and had no problem getting into the house. The outside has been painted since and pictures were taken. The house was clean and large. They had a couple of pack n plays there for us to use. The owners are very responsive and friendly. The only thing I didn’t read anywhere was that you had to pay for the pool to be heated. I wish I would have known that before hand but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

We had a family group of 9, ranging from 7-60+, stay for a week. The house was great, kitchen had all of the appliances we needed and more. Three bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is great. The pool was a favorite of the kids and there is a separate bathroom that can be used while out in the pool. There's a Publix grocery store really close by, so it's super easy to stock the kitchen. A couple went golfing and had a great time. The kids used the community pool and really enjoyed that as well. The management company was wonderful and very responsive. We had a lightbulb out upstairs and they came right over to take care of it and have us some great suggestions for our day trip to Clearwater Beach. Location was good - we went to SeaWorld, Gatorland and a variety of places in the area. Everything was great and we'd definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved this property!! I hope I am fortunate enough to rent it again!! I also love that it’s peaceful and a secured area! It was clean and comfortable to say the least!! Yes! I would love to rent this property again!! Thank you for the opportunity!!!

The house is big for a family comftrouble one day before arrival I did not receive no email for the house entry I had to email her myself I got to the house was smelling bad bugs kitchen had a cup with old chocolate inside smell bad tunsils forks spoon were not wash there where roaches inside and garage we call management same day of arrival and no answer at all kept leaving voicemail and today I arrive from vacation amd still no answer the stick pole from the stairs was put on slightly broken we had to report it same day and garage door pole was broken couldn’t open the garage I got charge 100$ of cleaning fee when I had to buy Clorox odor to smell good all the house new sponge to wash those forks plates n cups we wash all the towels left the kitchen really clean everything clean I’m hoping we have a cleaning refund cuz we had to pass vacuum and all and no answer from management pool was fine loved it I would come back but first take care of those roaches and management sucks no answer yet and my refund even garbage bags I had to buy also I send them picture of everything I seen when I came inside the house furniture has to be updated stains on couch the chair of the dinning room was loose when we use to sit down I hope I hear from management soon not happy at all

I will return if I decide to go back to the area again. It was in the center of everything we wanted to do.
