Beautiful, well equipped apartment with brilliant views

Wonderful views of Woolacombe bay from every window in the flat are matched by the interior. The owners have thought of everything you can possibly need. The place feels more like a home than a rental which makes your stay even more relaxing. It is also very well serviced by housekeeper Sue., it is clean as a whistle. We loved it.

We had a wonderful stay here. The flat was stocked with everything we could possibly need - children’s games, buckets & spades, binoculars, windbreak, baking paper, foil, sandwich bags, dishwasher tablets and great kitchen supplies. This was particularly useful as we ended up cooking all our meals - the beach cafe stopped serving food too early to have dinner there and the roads were so narrow we were put off from going out for dinner. Sainsburys delivery went very well. The swimming pool was much appreciated by our children and was kept very clean. Fresh yellow roses were a lovely touch - thank you!

Loved it. Took her to young grandchildren to this apartment for a week over Easter and had a fabulous time with easy access to the beautiful Putsborough Sands, mainly sun and lots of surf, great local pubs (especially the Rock inn), and a lovely indoor heated pool. The apartment has stunning views of the beach, it’s very comfortable and extremely well equipped with games as well. We would highly recommend.

We had a lovely week at 21 Clifton court, the apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kids enjoyed the on-site pool which we had to ourselves. The views and location are stunning, great for surfing and exploring the beach. We enjoyed walking to Woolacombe and Baggy point.

This was our first trip to Putsborough sands and we loved it. We had a fantastic week with great weather and would highly recommend the location and this apartment. It was very clean, is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need (including lots of stuff we took with us just in case!). The views over the beach and sea are amazing - we even had a couple of beautiful sunsets. The onsite indoor swimming pool was the icing on the cake. Well worth a visit and I’m sure we will return. We had a wonderful week away in this excellent apartment, the views from all windows are stunning! The apartment was spotlessly clean & was very well-equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen. The flowers and drinks/biscuits tray on arrival was a lovely touch . All communication with the owner was quick & efficient, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

fantastic accommodation makes it a super holiday destination
The best apartment we have stayed in. So well thought out and very clean with everything you could possibly need to make it a fantastic holiday. The only slight downfall is the very narrow lanes to get there especially when you meet motor homes coming the other way.....but don`t let it put you off!

A wonderful beach stay in a picture perfect location
We have just returned from a truly wonderful week staying in Clifton Court in Putsborough. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything you could possible need and more. What makes this apartment so special is the the stunning view of the sea from every window. Having a pool onsite was great for our children, they thoroughly enjoyed having a swim at the end of the day.
Putsborough beach and the town of Woolacombe are ideal for a family beach holiday. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back. The Rollingson Family

Wonderful apartment with stunning views.
We had a wonderful week here, enjoying the amazing sea views and stunning sunsets. Putsborough beach is very beautiful and is great for bodyboarding and surfing, no matter what the weather is. The kids just loved the pool and used it everyday. Croyde is a lovely place to eat and shop.
The apartment has everything you could ever need apart from bath towels (we forgot ours). It’s beautifully decorated, highly functional and comfortable. At nearby Watermouth Cove we went coasteering and spotted dolphins which was a great experience. We can’t wait to return again next year.

Our seventh visit to this immaculate 5 star plus apartment which is so special and so well equipped. Beautiful views and breathtaking sunsets watched from the balcony and all windows. Many books and table games available plus swimming pool very convenient. Short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

a beautiful apartment with stunning sea views
The apartment could not have been better but the approach roads were a bit too much for me. Single track roads with passing places. I found the best route was travelling via Croyde from Braunston, the shortest distance on single track. Braunston is a wonderful village with a well stocked Co-op and several good restaurants.

A wonderful week in a wonderful home
A view of the sea from every window. Very clean and a really well equipped home, with lots of detail thought of. Flowers on arrival was a lovely touch. We didn’t use the pool as we were too busy playing on the beach and in the sea but it looked great. Very easy parking and 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved our stay. Lots of easy walks or more challenging ones if you want them. We are staying again next year!

Cosy, super-equipped, sparkingly clean flat, with awesome views
We have never had a bad holiday in this flat. It is home from home, but with spectacular sea views, so it doesn't matter what the weather does. (Although I prefer it to rain on our last day, as it is heartbreaking to leave when the sun is on the beach and Woolacombe is doing its white, twinkly, Portmeirion impression at the other end.)

We just love this place!
The apartment is spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. A great place to relax and you could spend all day indoors just looking at the views from the windows. So many things to do outdoors too though... we went on great walks, especially from Mortehoe to Lee Bay, and along the quay at Velator (Braunton) and the beach at Fremington.

The perfect holiday!
We stayed for a week in August and enjoyed every moment. The location really is perfect and the views are stunning. The pool was the icing on the cake!
The apartment is clean and comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. The shower is really nice, if a little small. The owners are really helpful and responsive and we shall definitely be returning for another stay!

Stunning views, beautiful appartment with everything you need
Had a wonderful week staying here. The pool was lovely and we used it everyday, just a step away and well maintained. The appartment was well equipped and light, with lovely views over the beach from all the living space. Balcony a little small but with brilliant views. The coastal path goes almost past the front door for fabulous walks. The beach is sandy and quieter than Woolacombe with a few bordering rock pools at low tide. A fabulous stay thank you.

A little bit of Heaven on Earth
We had such a lovely time at 21 Clifton Court. We’ve stayed many times and it’s always immaculately clean, welcoming and relaxing. The views are to just fabulous......the full length of the beautiful beach and out to the horizon. It’s our home away from home.

An exceptional apartment.
A beautifully appointed apartment, tastefully decorated and very much thought given guests needs. No expense has been spared. There is a wonderful view from every window and also the balcony. Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, which was appreciated. Impossible to find any faults.

Luxury holiday apartment
The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday.
The views from every window were stunning. We looked over Putsborough beach and had a good view of Baggy Point. We were within access of other seaside towns like Woolacombe, Croyde and Mortehoe. There are no shops nearby so you have to go to Braunton for the nearest supermarket and shops (about 5 miles away). There is a large fridgefreezer in the apartment, washing machine, iron and board, and loads of cooking utensils. There is a drier on site and payphone. The phone signal on mobiles is a bit hit and miss. The flat was nicely furnished and very clean and tidy on arrival. The swimming pool was warm and suitable for children and adults. I would highly recommend the property and hope to stay there again.

A Stunning Apartment with outstanding views.
This is a beautifully presented apartment with the most stunning views. I couldn't have imagined staying anywhere nicer for our weekend break. We literally couldn't tear ourselves away from the windows and balcony to take in the glorious coastline. The apartment itself was to a high standard with a very homely feel and catered for your every need. We were greeted with flowers, biscuits and milk in the fridge and Rachel , the owner was a pleasure to book with. We will definitely be rebooking , can't wait !
