The hotel is very practical and modern, good location. Problem with the hot water in the morning and nights.

Hotel is nice but room 105 is next to the lobby entrance, main door and stairs. Not privacy and you can hear conversation and door open and close.

There is not one at the property to help check in the evening or if you have a problem you have to call. Very loud place. You can hear the people in other rooms all hours of the night. No hot water. I wouldnt stay more then 1 day. Bottle of water in room for sale for $6.00 eack

Check in was quite awkward because there wasn't anybody there it's remote. They do send an email in advance but if you're traveling you don't see it so I had to produce everything via messaging to a remote person. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and like most hotels I'm finding no hot water even a Hilton that I'm in now. Good value if you're passing through town. I did see some reviews that their neighborhood is unsafe but that is not the case I really did not see anybody. At night it was very quiet and the room is back to a preserve so will you hear is tree frogs and crickets

The jacuzzy never work.

Very neat and clean. Nice staff. A little noisy because the parking was too close to the room. I heard everything. Overall I would stay again. Nice restaurants close by.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach and restaurants with live music.
