Just make sure you let people know to email with problems because the phone number did not work! Left a message and texted the number with no response. Otherwise a beautiful spot and we enjoyed our stay!

Family of eight, visiting the Ark Encounter to see the live production of The Horse and His Boy by Logos Theater. The house was great for our family and is situated close to the Ark Encounter. It is an older house; the floor creaks a bit, and my daughter got a splinter in her foot while walking without shoes, but overall it was very good. The local management was nice and responded quickly for a plumbing issue.

Very neat property with beautiful wood floors. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue (blood stain on mattress pad, dried vomit on pillow with dried debris, dirty comb in corner of bedroom, very dusty ceiling fan in bedroom, cobwebs, ants in kitchen cupboard and on counter, significantly dirty coffee cup was put away in cupboard). I reached out for assistance (pillow case concern) and was dismissed. We were told there were 2 pillows per bed and that was sufficient. When we left, I did send an email with pictures of the more significant concerns. I was thanked for bringing the issue to management's attention. At this point, I would not stay with a Neat Suites property again. Expensive stay, not clean, no offer of compensation for our bizarre experience. Celebrating Mom's 80th birthday. Not the experience I had hoped for, but the property is very pretty.

Pictures can be very misleading which I am aware of Cannot understand how this property had a highrating and be listed as a premier property. Yes it was a remodeled older home but it did not feel clean in the bathrooms. The sofa was so stained it made you feel like you were sitting on something very dirty. I did not call the host to complain as what good would that have done me, they already had my money. If this was a hotel I would have walked away and got a refund. This was not worth 1700 for 3 nights needless to say. And yes I have rented alot from VRBO and the first bad review I have ever had to write.

Plenty to do in the area. Location is quiet and not a very busy neighborhood. Must visit the Ark

Great location for The Ark Encounter!

This place was wonderful and conveniently located near the Ark Encounter. The Hosts, Neat Suites were great communicators and made check in/check out super easy.
