Absolutely nothing at all would never ever recommend this place .

We had planned on staying 4 nights we checked in at the realesrate & was not informed there was permanent residents up stairs & then as we was travelling we had some laundry to do so we proceeded to the fully equipped laundry only to find baskets of washing lined up like a laundry mat wow so at 1030pm we decided enough was enough and removed there washing to start ours only to find out there was no clothes dryer .then we find out the unit has no airco but it's states it's does then we cook our eavning meal & find out the range hood don't so the hole unit is full of cooking fumes & then at around midnight there is burn outs in the park area in front of the unit & 10 to twelve young ones Ll going up the back & front stairs all night sitting on the deck smoking & flicking cigarette button all o er our car so we checked out in the early hours of our 1st night & stayed with friends in the near by caravan park & returned our keys at 930am Friday morning. In my opinion this down stairs appatment does meet the description as advertised in bookings .com .I do understand the difference in holiday lettings & permanent residents & I don't think they should be combined as up stairs has a lease & a lot of rights under the tenancy act .I do not recommend this stay to anyone.
