This home was perfect for our family gathering of 7 adults, 4 kids, and a dog. There was plenty of space and plenty of activities. The game room is fantastic and the kids loved the blow up water slide! We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time. It’s a lovely location (despite the drive in past a few unsightly properties). Wish we had had more time to enjoy the lake and fire pit. Like other reviews mentioned- WiFi isn’t great so prepare to unplug or download any movies or shows you plan to catch up on.

Property managers were very responsive to questions and issues. There were a few maintenance issues needing attention. Our cousins' retreat attendees (ages 86-65) had a great time together. Location is very convenient to restaurants, etc. I recommended that luggage racks be put in each bedroom. It was an accessibility challenge with luggage on the floor.

We had a wonderful Labor Day lake trip! The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen! The beds were comfy but we had to buy extra blankets because the house was so cold! The main bedroom in the cottage does not have an AC so we stuck a fan in there. The yard is beautiful and there are tons of yard games and an inflatable water slide that our kids enjoyed! The house uses an app based system for checkin/out instructions which is a cool idea but a book would have worked better for our group. The major cons for our visit were the lake level and the Wi-Fi. The dock is completely dry and the water in the cove is stagnant and unsafe. While the lake level can’t be controlled we wish we’d had a heads up to know that there was no way to play in the water by the house and the closest usable ramp is a good 20 min drive.

We had a great time staying at this property! There were 20 adults (25+) gathered to celebrate a birthday on the lake. The house was absolutely perfect and accommodated all of us very well. The air conditioned garage space is the true hidden gem of this house! It was the perfect spot for everyone to get together and play games. The house gets COLD! It was amazing during these 100+ degree days. We used the kitchen to the max and grilled out all without any issues. The wifi/service is not great, but usable.

A beautiful, very clean property with a shady, fenced backyard and additional small guesthouse. The kids loved the backyard toys and the lily pad which we took out on the lake. There is a nice kitchen for those who like to cook and the beds were very comfortable which is a big plus for me. Very enjoyable.

We had a good time at this property for our annual family lake vacation. The owner was very responsive and we had everything we needed. The water in the back of the canal was a little low but that’s outside the owner’s control. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Amazing place for our large family. All ages in the group were comfortable and had loads of fun and relaxation. Beautiful house and yard, exactly as pictured. Kate was a great hostess! Hope to come back next year.

This property was perfect for our large family weekend! There was plenty of space for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay at this house for our family reunion. All beds were comfortable. House was clean. Enjoyed the AC game room where kids could play and be loud! Outside we really enjoyed the hot tub (which was cool), volleyball net, giant water slide for kids, corn hole, 2 kayaks, fire pit for marshmallows (they even had firewood in shed), and 2nd floor of dock where we could lay out and see fireworks on July 4. It was also nice to have the option of renting their pontoon boat on-site which we did. A little disappointed that it was a 60 hp engine so didn’t go above 20 mph. So we ended up renting jet skis (offsite) so we could pull a tube behind those. The hosts were responsive while we were there to the questions that we had. Since this house is in a cove, the water next to the dock was pretty dirty and shallow - so only the daring ones ventured to get in. But overall, we really enjoyed this house. Pictures were very accurate.

Beautiful property and home. We had a wonderful family vacation. Pros: lots of room for everyone, the pictures were exactly as the property was, the game room was a bonus for the kids, everyone enjoyed kayaking, and the decks and the fire pit for s’more’s was so fun! Cons: there needs to be a notebook or some kind of paper copy of general instructions for everything. For example, how to find the router and plug it back in, run the dishwasher, what’s expected of clean up before you leave, and all the things that were on the portals amenities policy guide. We were not able to upload the guide because of the poor Wi-Fi service. The children were really disappointed that they couldn’t watch movies because of the Wi-Fi service. Also, we had issues with the hot tub not getting hot and tried to get in touch and let y’all know but the poor Wi-Fi service wouldn’t allow the back-and-forth. I kept getting replies by email such as take pictures of the hot tub?? I could not send you pictures because of the service issues. Also, some of the lights in the bedrooms would go off and on randomly by themself. I think there might be a glitch in the remotes. But, overall a great family vacation! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home.

Delightful. Guest house was pleasant surprise. Lots of tv’s but never was able to watch a complete show because of constant buffering. Only used main Tv. Owner did a great job suppling needed supplies. I live locally and did not have to go home at all.

We spent 5 days/4 nights and had the absolute best time! The property was very well taken care of and perfect for kids. We had two 1 year olds and a 5 year old and 7 adults. It was easy for us to spread out and there was plenty for everyone to do, from games and fun to relaxing. The garage/game room was great for the kids to run around in. They also had a fun inflatable water slide outside for the kids. The kitchen had just about everything you needed which was great and made cooking easier. If we could change 3 things, it would be: 1. Thicker blinds (lights from outside and lightning really shine in) 2. More towels (there was enough for 1 a person however 2 a person would have been nice) 3. Dynatrap to handle the fruit fly problem in the kitchen These were all very minor things and did not impact our stay; just nice to haves. We hope to come back again next year!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 9.

The house was a great fit for our Women's Retreat. Twelve ladies were comfortable & had plenty to do. Dinner on the dock's upper deck was the best. The house had lots of extras that made things easy - from plenty of plates, cups & silverware to extra throw blankets and towels. The full pot or K-cup options on the coffee maker were a nice surprise. There were many things we didn't get a chance to use - but we did enjoy a paddle out in the kayaks!

Pleasant stay with family apart from lack of clean sheets. Lots of bugs inside the house but that may be normal by a lake. Communication with property staff is good.

This house was outstanding! It seems recently remodeled and has nice modern furniture. Alot of sitting and entertaining space. The cottage is a super nice bonus. We were in town for a wedding and the cottage was perfect for the bride and her bridal party. The view from the back deck was amazing. We spent alot of time out there. They have tons of cool outdoor furniture and places to enjoy the outdoors...the deck...the dock...the firepit. The beds were comfy and everything was well stocked and taken care of. I would stay here again and again. Beautiful, peaceful, clean property!!

We had a wonderful time here. Due to freezing temps, the pipes burst in the small house but the property owner was very quick to get help to us. She was in complete communication with us and willing to help us with whatever we needed. The kids loved the garage with all the games! We would rent again!

Great place for a large group! Well equipped and lots of fun games to play. Wish there had been water in the cove at the boat house, but there was at least a lake view and understand the property owners can't control the lake level.

This was an amazing property! The hot tub was great and the rooms were perfect. There was a small hiccup with the door code when we got there but the team responded to us immediately and worked it out so fast that it didn't matter. We'd absolutely stay here again!

I must say this has been by far the best stay ever. Communication with owner was great. If you are looking for a spacious place for you and family right on the lake this would be the perfect place.
