My 23 year old granddaughter & I had a special time together. The llittle basement apartment was perfect place for our time in Asheville . It was neat, clean, & convenient to attractions. The upstairs dog

The place was very convenient to our daughter’s home. We admired the rustic touches. However it is quite small especially the bed which we had to climb over the end of the bed to get out of.

Couldn’t have asked for a cozier spot in the mountains. Tons of charm and a close drive to downtown Asheville.

If you truly want to get away and enjoy the beauty of the mountains, relax, heal, unwind, and refresh....this is the place! A unique magical hideaway that has the most unique decor and craftmanship that will keep surprising you with interesting details throughout your stay. The attention to detail provided to the guests proves the genuine love and caring the hosts have for this little slice of heaven. We will be back....soon!

Cozy, tastefully decorated little cabin which made us feel like we were in the mountains. Very convenient to Asheville, Black Mountain and everyday grocery stores and restaurants! Perfect retreat for a couple.

The Cozy Cabin Apartment was exactly what I was looking for to enjoy a relaxing weekend in Asheville. The outdoor space was really lovely and the apartment was clean and had everything I needed. we wanted a quiet relaxing getaway in the mountains for a couple of days off. we got that. beautiful, clean, quiet place with everything you need .

The location was easy to find and in an optimal spot. Close to downtown , art district, the river west Asheville and hiking trails! The decorations were so cute and seemed to all be locally sourced. The cleanliness of the cabin was awesome. With plenty of room it was really like your own private space , as the owners have the whole downstairs outdoor area dedicated for guests use. I would definitely recommend!

The place was awesome! Tranquility and peace were what we were looking for, and that’s exactly what we got!! I got to speak with Callie, (the wife ) and she was very hospitable. We also got to meet “Cookies” the very friendly dog, and she stole our hearts. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Overall a great stay, perfect size for a little getaway.

From the moment we were greeted with that cute sign outside the door and the twinkle lights on the porch to discovering all the special touches inside, we were smitten! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was REALLY comfortable! My granddaughter slept very well on the futon and we had great fun pulling the pad and bedding out from the hidey-hole behind the bookcase. The location was great and I’d highly recommend this little apartment!

My friend and I had a great visit together at this place. It was away from the city and very tranquil. The owners did a nice job decorating and supplying the place. The only thing we missed having was a full length mirror. It’s definitely a comfortable place for 2 people and a good home base to explore all that Asheville has to offer!

This place was simply great for my daughters(9 and 11) and I. The cabin has everything in it you may need and more! Outside the swing and hammock were comfy at all times of the day. My girls loved the fairy garden too, and picked some black berries for breakfast. Lots of board games and a nice bathroom as well. The laminated list of local hot spots was a great touch. The pull out couch was a perfect 2nd kiddo bed. Asheville is only 10 minutes away, French Broad White Water Rafting is 30 min and Navitat Zip Line only 30 min as well. We also saw over 20 deer each evening between 7-9pm when we went spotting. The hill has an awesome “loop” for it. We saw a bear and the cutest cub nearby up the road too. And lots of turkey as well. Is so cool being in the wilderness yet so close to town for shopping and food. Our truck cruised right up the driveway with ease to the perfectly perched rental!

Great place to stay. Far enough away from civilization so it was really quiet, close enough to drive to whatever you wanted. Loved the hammock!

Nice little quiet place, .everything we needed. Only problem it was cool all week wanted to adjust a/c ,talked to host he assured me thermostat worked but it didn't even after turning unit off air still came through vents.We shut vent and all was good.

The pictures are completely accurate. It was such a quick drive into downtown or the RAD. I would definitely stay here again. We did know this was a basement stay & there was very little sound from above. I was completely satisfied with the experience. It was nice to have boardgame, book and movie options, as well as the suggestions for places to see, eat and things to do. Thank you.

Was a really good stay over all! Easy check in/check out. Very quiet area, which was nice. Only downside I would say was you could hear all the walking around, flushing, water from the upstairs in the bedroom. But we weren’t in the bedroom that much so not a huge deal. The pictures are exactly the same as in person! Very clean very cute. Would recommend!

Highly recommend this cozy and quaint hideaway. Impressed with how clean and accommodating the rental was. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and serene setting, hidden in the mountains, this is the place for you. And still only a short 5 to 10 minute drive to many attractions and restaurants. Very close to the River Arts District. Will definitely recommend this location to family and friends. Thanks again to the owners for offering this wonderful rental.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was accurate to the listing, clean, and in a great location. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the birds in the morning. Check-in and coming and going from the property we’re very easy.

After the days of stay were mixed up the owner was very matter of fact and said I could refunded the cleaning fee of $45.00 but not any of the stay and if we desired we could find accommodation elsewhere if we wished. I got this for my adult son and wife for Christmas for thier anniversary. They we disappointed in the accommodations as well. Perfect place if you want the owners walking over your heads.

The apartment was lovely! It was clean, tidy, and charming…exactly as advertised. The location is close to the city of Asheville, and the owners provided a menu of things to do, restaurants, and hiking trails in the area. We were occasionally greeted by their friendly dog and cat who came by to say hello! Overall, this was a beautiful home, and it was perfect for two people.

Very clean, well equipped, lots of charm, close to downtown and a short drive from some great hikes. Perfect size for my husband and I and our 9 year old.

Modern but warm rustic feel with great features - motion sensor lights in bathroom and bedroom closet. Bedroom was dark and cavelike with beautiful mural - great for sleeping. Nice little outdoor space for sunning and walking. Working stove and frig/freezer. We spent a lot of time with family but it was a great place to rest.

When my wife and I first discussed renting an air b&b, I was a tad reluctant however this was a trip of as many firsts as possible so we decided to go for it. We are so glad we did! This listing was exactly as listed. It was very clean, quiet and the privacy was great. Timm was very responsive and communitative throughout the whole time. You won’t regret booking this spot and when we decide to come back to Ashevile, this will most definitely be where we book to stay. Oh, and Cookie their dog is THE BEST!!! I got to leave her cookies on the property and she even met us outside as we departed to say farewell. Thanks for helping to make this the trip exactly what we needed!!!

My husband and I were celebrating our first anniversary and this was a wonderful little getaway! The location is perfect for stargazing is far enough away from the city to avoid the noise but close enough to be in the action with little time. Our car had no issues getting up the newly paved driveway either!
