Not enough time to enjoy the location

The villa was excellent. Very well equipped. In a lovely resort. Quiet. In amongst trees. View of the ocean. Protected.

I didnt like that it listed having games and a video machine. Was happy with the owners answers to my questions re this though. Thought it would have robes and pool towels.

The lodge was excellent. Very well laid out, clean and tidy.

In hindsight, the location of the lodge was a definite problem. The introductory information should mention the location and difficulty in reaching the lodge. For a person with mobility issues (which I have) the length of the uphill walk to the unit and number of stairs, which need maintenance, proved to be problematic. Walking outside at night was an issue due to the poor lighting along the walkway and stairs. A bannister on the steps and walkways would also assist.

The apartment was a home away from home with cooking facilities and quality mattresses and bed linen.

Location is good and many parking spots near the village

The staffs are very rude, cleaning and some spare tools were directly placed on the floor of the bedroom when we got there, which affected the accommodation experience. What's more, the staff even wronged us of putting them there, with a very rude attitude and they didn’t have any apologize, it’s a really bad experience.
