beautifully decorated well equipped home, great location with ammenities close by and Yvonne helpful, prompt with directions, instructions were clear.

House was very modern and lovely. Yvonne was on hand as soon as we text with issues over parking. All rooms were as pictured and there was nothing we needed once in there. Bathrooms were immaculate and smelt lovely. All channels/apps are available on the TV in the lounge, so you can watch pretty much anything! We were very impressed with everything provided!

The carpets on the stairs could do with renewing a little tatty from use as carpets do but the grips on most steps poked through and 1 step has the carpet completely unattached so would come away when walking on it. I did let the owner know about this and she was not aware. Everything else was lovely. There was quite a build up of dust under beds and furniture, I only noticed this as my 1 year old likes to hide his toys under things. Other than that the place was lovely and clean. If you are traveling in more than 1 car be aware there is only 1 parking space available and everywhere else is permitted or 'leave at own risk' pay and display

We've stayed at quite a few properties in Maidstone as we are working on a long term project, this house was by far the best and most comfortable.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable and the towels were lovely and fluffy. Ideal for a group of friends or couples. Ideally located for a stay in Kent, close to Leeds Castle. The host messaged the day before with details on how to enter the property and other key information.
