Perfect place for two people to stay. Close to Okemo and restaurants. Owner was communicative and the place was immaculate. We would definitely be interested in staying here again.

This is a very nice studio condo for 1-2 people. It is in walking distance of town shops and restaurants and a short drive to Okemo mountain. Worked out perfectly for me.

Cute studio decorated tastefully with Okemo artwork. Very clean with updated furniture. A little tight for my teenage son and I; better for a couple. Futon couch/bed wasn’t very comfortable for him due to how it’s sectioned. Very comfortable shower, thermostats worked well.

Very clean, cozy little condo (studio). Close to the mountain, few minutes drive. General parking across from the bottom of the main slopes is free, first come first serve. Shuttle drives for free and it is available only on weekends. Shuttle stops few steps away from this property. If you're finicky sniper, bring your own pillow. To the owners: Thank you for keeping the place as promised. We had a very nice time there. We will most likely book this in the future again. James

Great location near Okemo, skipped the shuttle and drove 5 minutes to Jackson Gore parking lot. Walked to town for a bite. Place is comfy for two. Could work for a couple and teen as well. Overall very satisfied. I’d stay there again for sure!

Trip was for myself, and my 13 yr old son, coming up from the Baltimore area. Was disappointed that the owners never responded to a few of my questions about the town/logistics especially given the flood last year. I emailed them more than 2 weeks before my trip, and it would have been nice to know the only grocery store in town was not open. Only on my last day did I see you could order online, and then pick up some items at the local Shaw market. By then too late. A few things to note: The futon is not a twin- so the sheets provided did not fit. Would need a full or a queen. There is no area to relax, unless you want to lay in the Murphy bed, or the futon coach which is quite hard. It may not be the best for skiing, given the size. Also there is a charge for the laundry which was also not included in the description. So had to make a special trip to a bank to get coins. Appears we left a couple of our pillows and never heard back from the owners, after I asked them to check with the cleaning people. I've never had an owner not respond, and I've utilized Vrbo many times.

This place is better than the pictures advertised! Jim was very responsive to texts and the instructions for check in were easy. He displayed in a nice picture frame of all the pertinent info and check out process. The sofa was nice and firm to sleep on and there was a nice down comforter. He had top of the line toiletries and dishware. I loved the stainless steel appliances. The microwave is efficient. He provided basic cooking items for example oil, salt, and pepper. Nice simple decor on the walls as well as green plants giving it a homely vibe. There was an area in the kitchen where you could hang your ski jackets and clothing under the heater. This place was the perfect size. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting. Jim put a lot of thought into his vrbo and I would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect spot to stay if you are looking for a nicely priced rental close to EVERYTHING. Short drive to Okemo mountain resort and walking distance to everything in downtown Ludlow. We felt safe, comfortable, and when we go back to Okemo, we will definitely be looking to stay here again. HIGHLY recommend.

Our overall stay was great and so very cozy. Our host were great with giving us recommendations around the town and were available whenever we needed them. The space was perfect for the two of us as well. Would definitely go back!

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Right in town, the location gave us easy access to all the trails we wanted to go to over the weekend. This place had all the amenities we could have asked for, and we really enjoyed the ability to cook some meals and feel like “home” during our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect unit for myself. Everything you need to be comfortable. Most of my activities were a few hours away so location was not ideal, (all other places were booked). However, nice condo, very quiet and private. Owner was extremely responsive. Had issues with community washer not working, ended up going to laundry mat a few blocks away. Not a big deal. Best village shops for local goods is in Weston 15 min. away. Also, Hallmark movie location (Chester) is only about 20 minutes away and has some very cute shops. I purchased hand painted Fall Foliage wine glasses and found some adorable rainbow colored hand knitted gloves for my 11 yr old granddaughter.

Just what we needed. We surely would return. Communication easy and nice.

My daughter and I had a great stay at this condo. It was a very cozy, beautifully decorated, clean place. It had everything you’d need. Even shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer were available. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed very well stocked. The building is within walking distance of downtown. We walked to all the little shops and restaurants. James, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We fell in love with this little town! Will definitely be back!

We loved this condo. It is a small place but it was perfect for us. The host has thought of everything - unique storage spaces, extra towels, charging stations, excellent Wifi and TV, a well equipped kitchen! The town is also small but extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast at The Hatchery and lunch and dinner at Killarney’s!

This is a perfect place for someone who is looking for a great opportunity to travel and stay in a well designed small condo. It is very user-friendly, and has modern appliances, full-sized. It’s Modern throughout with a huge Internet TV system. Seriously, the amazing price for my stay was not indicative of the quality of my accommodations. I’ll be back to enjoy the the great food and wonderful shops within walking distance. Ludlow is alive and well, despite being flooded this summe. The town is truly open for business! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Vermont was still recovering from some pretty devastating flooding when we arrived, but the condo was in excellent condition, and many establishments in Ludlow and neighboring towns were welcoming patrons. We had to travel a little farther to find hiking trails that weren't closed for flooding, but the hosts provided some suggestions for places to visit. The only downsides at the condo: the TV was a little slow to boot up and launch apps, so we ended up just using a laptop instead, and the pan that we used to cook took a while to soak and clean, but these were minor downsides that did not detract from the stay. We would come back!

Everything was very new and fresh. Good price for this studio condo just a few steps for main part of town.

Jim & Peter's place was the perfect home base for our ski weekend. The beautiful studio was the exact right amount of space for us - they designed the space incredibly efficiently with clean, modern and comfortable furniture, accessories & amenities. Kitchen was perfect for cooking & eating pre-mountain breakfasts and there was plenty of storage space for our helmets, ski coats and ski gear. Very neat, clean and comfortable space, perfect for a couple or an individual looking to hit the slopes and stay close to town!

Perfect for my husband and I. We traveled in from Ohio (last minute) to Ski Okemo. Pictures and description are as depicted. Decor all new. Simplistic with an upscale vibe. Super clean, check in was easy. Owner easy to connect with and was so kind. He offered to let us in after cleaning from previous tenant. Wish we could have taken advantage of the offer. Okemo was appx 2 miles away. We would definitely stay again.

Peter and Jim are super hosts; attentive, helpful, quick to reply. The place was spotless. The bed could have been a bit firmer to my liking, but perfectly fine. My niece stayed over one night and the futon gave her a solid sleep . Parking was easy, great location with a 2 minute drive to everything. Every channel available in the tv. DJ’s, Sam’s, Mr. Darcy’s, Cafe at Delight all worth a visit. Okemo rocks; groomed to perfection, nothing beats mid week skiing. I’ll rent this place for sure on my next visit.

We had a great stay at the cozy condo and it was the most convenient place to stay in Ludlow.

The property was perfect for a single person or couple. Well kept and neat. very easy to access.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights. It is quite small, but had everything we needed, very clean, and was easy to get to the mountain and other town attractions. The only drawback was noise. A lot of groups coming home late after apres skiing made sleeping a bit challenging.

This is an apartment located right off the main stretch of road going to Okemo. Jim and Peter were excellent with their communication and were very flexible to the stay dates I needed. When getting there it can easily be missed but the building is a 2 story Yellow building with a brick front. My one note is that when you check-in you need to make sure that you enter the unit from the outside NOT the inside. The unit faces the road you come in on so its on the far side of the building. The unit is very well maintained and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit tight but for 1-2 people sharing it is not bad at all. Unit does NOT have a washer and dryer, so if you plan to ski definitely bring a laundry bag for dirty/sweaty clothes. If you plan to cook I would definitely get basic supplies like extra cooking oil, butter, spices etc as they have only salt, pepper, and 1 spray oil can. They have plenty of utensils but one note on this is that the apt only has a flat top grill spatula (that you see hibachi chefs use) so cooking eggs/anything in the frying pan is a bit tough. Floors can get a bit chilly due to the unit being on the first floor so definitely wear socks when moving about! Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again if I visit Okemo!
