Lovely little spot in walking distance to everything to have a lovely weekend in Folkestone. Very friendly and fast communication and very comfy bed!

Excellent communication on the transport and rail connection. Booking the Parking was so simple and very good. Property was very clean and well maintained.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable but usable.

Location was great and liked that netflix etc was logged in.
The amount of stairs and the fact i tripped n fell on a metal lip on the top stair. Also the street was very scruffy and the kitchen cupboard was broken. Bathroom was also very small and bedding was very cheap and wasnt washed well.

Communication was great and the owner sorted out parking for us. The apartment is lovely and exceeded expectations! There's everything you need. The beds are comfy. There's plenty of room for sitting and eating. We would definitely stay here again!.
There isn't anything we didn't like, just a couple of suggestions.... A curtain downstairs to create some privacy for people sleeping on the sofa bed would be ideal, for when others are using the stairs or going to the bathroom. And maybe a step for shorter people to use to get into the bath as it is quite a high step over.

Very cozy, well equipped with the amenities we need, easy access without fear of losing keys etc, excellent location to everywhere! Well worth it!

Excellent location, very central, closed to town centre and all shops. A 10' walk to the beach.
The sofa in the lounge would need a replacement as a bit worn. And a bit more cleaning especially in the bathroom will make the apartment excellent.

Location was perfect, host was quick to respond to questions and accomodation was very reasonably priced. Parking was available right outside property for a couple of pounds. Free a few mins walk away.

The kitchen was well equipped.
The apartment was dirty, dirty and stained towels. pubic hair in the bath from previous guests. Bedding was not ironed. definitely not worth £100 a night.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. The apartment has everything you could need; good beds, upstairs bedroom is very large, fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The owner was very helpful and made the difference. Booked a parking space for us, allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and always replied fast to any questions we had. Hope to be back soon.
