Overall a great property! Brian was amazing at coming over right away to make sure the pool was heating!! Very responsive to any questions we had. Check in process was simple. Very safe neighborhood. Lots of pool toys and some sand toys. Only thing we suggest is to trim the shrubs around the pool as we could not see the pretty canal view from the patio. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in this spacious home. We particularly loved our heated pool time in this quiet neighborhood. Cape Coral has everything we needed and is so conveniently located to all other points in the Ft Myers area.

3 generation vacation. House has everything you need. Kitchen well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Pool was great. The guys enjoyed fishing from the dock. Would definitely book again!

We were a group of 8 people staying here for two weeks. It was an amazing house, clean and cozy with everything we needed and perfect location! The kids really much enjoyed the pool while us adults loved cayaking in the canals! Such a relaxing atmosphere! Quiet and calm neighborhood with just a few minutes in the car to get to the harbor. The host replied to our messages almost instantly and the lights that needed replacement was fixed immediately!

Bunk beds are designed for small children. Teenagers won't fit on the beds.

House was great communication was great, had issues with the pool the first 2 days and the last day we were there. We were there for 8 days. We were in contact with property owner. Was told it was going to get redown the day after we were leaving.

This is an amazing place to stay! Kevin was responsive with our questions, the house was very clean and well maintained. The canal was perfect for fishing and our kids really enjoyed the pool!

This is a fantastic property with plenty of space for the whole family. Very comfortable furniture, plenty of bed space, and the pool/hot tub is a blast for the kids. After a long cruise during the week it was very relaxing to sit and chill by the pool.

House was great, beds were comfortable, outdoor space was awesome for the kids, and plenty of natural light! We will try to stay here again if we're back in the Ft. Myers area.

The property and area were beautiful. It had every amenity needed for kitchen cooking needs. The owners were very responsive to us on any questions we had about our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and dock area, the lighted water off the dock was really great for watching fish at night. Very nice property and would absolutely stay again.

Excellent home, very clean and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Rented many homes and this one had very clean and new kitchen items. Views from the lanai were outstanding!

We stayed for 3 days in early January. Very quiet and relaxing. No traffic outside because of the cul-de-sac location. Also very quiet canal out back. The pool never got above 75 degrees even though we paid the extra to heat. The hot tube got to about 105, which was great. Thanks

We enjoyed this beautiful home during the Christmas holiday. It was during some of the coldest days that the area has had in a while. The pool and spa heating system had trouble keeping up, but Kevin was super responsive to the need and took care of it quickly. My family enjoyed the views from the patio and the pool/spa tremendously. Would definitely rent again.

My family of 12 was impressed with this property and especially enjoyed the patio and pool area. The property manager was accessible and helpful! Location is residential with convenient access to stores. The canal view was much better that we expected from the VRBO pictures. Great property for families.

Nice clean home, recovering from hurricane so pool cage was off mounts to the ground were exposed but no one got hurt, paid for the spa deposit once arrived broken tile in the bottom, let his property manager know while he was there, but he had to go show some houses never returned to remove them. We didn’t use the spa as you know tile is very sharp asked for money back on the dosa deposit, owner said “property maintenance guy is at the house right now and said spa is usable just a couple tiles fell off” I just said ok and moved on with my day, I’m sure every dollar helps rebuild the house kinda like a donation.

Pelican was a wonderful place for our family of 11 to stay and have some quality family time. Wonderful memories were made by all. The house was well stocked with everything that was needed to make us feel at home. The kids (ages 6-2) loved the bunk beds and having a room to call their own. I think we took advantage of all of these amenities. Such as the kayaks, fishing poles, dock and pool. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home. Home owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We have stayed at many vacation homes but none can close to this one! This was a home away from home. The house has everything. Huge open concept with amazing pool and hot tub. Very high end finishes and perfect location.

This was the perfect vacation property! Gorgeous home, immaculately clean and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time by the pool or hot tub. Beautiful views and warm sun on pool area all day. Beds and furniture were all extremely comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely will be going back!

We had an amazing time with our family at Cape Coral and were happy to stay at this house. It had everything needed for us to feel at home. The house looked new, everything was very clean, all the beds and bed sheets were new, and all the kitchen appliances were new too. The hottub and pool had alot of toys for kids, kayaks and fishing rods, etc. The place was very calm and quiet, about 8-10 minutes from stores. I really recommend this house.

This home has it all ! My husband and I stayed for several weeks and the owners were very accommodating and helpful in negotiating the rate down from what VRBO had it listed for. They had mentioned to me that the system would only allow for a 1 week or monthly discount but in fact they ended up taking hundreds off of the posted rate. The home was immaculate and had everything that we needed and more. Often times when I travel there is always something that is needed and not provided in the home. However this home had it all! Wine glasses, Tupperware, beach towels , and plenty of closet space. The pool/spa was easy to use and absolutely perfect. We were only 5 minutes from the most amazing sunset restaurant’s and the home was in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom had private access to the pool and we are still talking about the views we woke up to daily. They had brand new appliances throughout and just a feeling of “home” from the minute we walked in the door . We have definitely found our new vacation spot for years to come ! These owners have thought of everything !

The propery owners were super friendly, easy to work with and quick to respond to any of my questions. Located on a quiet culdesac - location was ideal. Everything seemed brand new or in pristine condition and very clean. This place literally had it all and was very family oriented. We'll definitely be back to rent again! Thank you!!

This property is well-maintained and very clean. The kitchen is stocked with all essential items. We enjoyed the west-facing pool where we could watch nightly sunsets. We will definitely return to this property in the future.
