Everyone on our trip was thoroughly impressed with the house. It’s been updated but still retains beautiful characteristics from the times it was constructed, I believe the 1930s. It’s a beautiful house and the space is well utilized, having three bedrooms was nice. It wasn’t too hot out when we went but still worth noting that the a/c blew ice cold air. The location is absolutely perfect everything we needed/did was less than a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again

We wanted a reasonably priced house for my sister, husband and I for a quick weekend vacation/wedding. This was a perfect location, 2 miles from downtown where the wedding venue was located, a 15 min drive from my grandma’s house, close to great restaurants, and quick freeway access. The house was great for our needs and more, and the decor was so tasteful. Living room furniture was extremely comfortable, beds were as well! We didn’t need to cook but the kitchen was stocked with everything you could have needed. Will stay here again when we need a nice home, this definitely beats a hotel room!

Property is newly renovated and spotless. Located on a quite street in a really nice, safe neighborhood. Maybe one of the best VRBO houses ive ever stayed in.

This property was clean, and as pictured on the site. Super cute space, huge kitchen stocked with cookware, if you are so inclined to cook during your stay. We stayed in Tulsa specifically to visit the Outsiders house museum, as my daughter is obsessed with the book & movie. This property was less than 10 min away. It was also incredibly close to the Gathering Place(such an awesome park), Utica square for a little shopping and the shopping and restaurant district off of Peoria Ave. TVs in the house had smart TV capabilities, which was amazing, as we were able to view the STL city soccer game :)
As far as owner responsiveness, Cynthia was fantastic; so quick to respond to communications. If we ever go to Tulsa again, this house will be our #1 choice to stay!

In town for a week for business and this property checked all the boxes. A little tight on parking since we had 2 cars, but overall a nice stay.

Cynthia's property is perfect. Parking right on site underneath a carport with easy access through the front door. The atmosphere inside is wonderfully calm and beautifully decorated. Cynthia was very responsive with communications and reached out to me to make sure I knew how to get in easily. I was there for a conference during the day and it was a wonderful place to rest and unwind in the evenings. I slept very well.

This house was perfect for our little get away with the kids. We had everything we needed in this very pretty gingerbread house. Beds were comfortable, location was perfect for where we wanted to go and we loved the kitchen. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great place to stay for a family. Furnishings are top notch and fit the aesthetic of the house. Kitchen has everything you need. I can’t envision a time where we will come back to Tulsa, but if we do, I will be staying here again.

Wonderful stay at the property it’s central location was excellent everything we went to was 1-5 miles away. So easy to get around. Our visits included the Gathering Place, was supposed to go to a POW WOW that was canceled so we found a comedy club night and made it to the wildflower cafe for brunch on Route 66 and then to the Philbrook which was beautiful. The home was excellent and meet all of our needs.

This gingerbread style home was clean and cozy. Located in a neat neighborhood of the Renaissance district, it was in close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. It was the perfect accommodation!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about our stay here, only wished that there was a grill on back patio for grilling a good steak and the fireplace wasn’t working but neither were a deal breaker. The cottage is nice and clean and the neighbors and neighborhood are very nice. Walks in the neighborhood are nice and a few favorites in the immediate area, Braums, Papa johns, subway, gas and pharmacy options within walking distance and other businesses within a few miles. I would definitely stay here again. A home away from home.

My cousin and I along with our spouses came to Tulsa to take my Gramma to the ballet as a belated Christmas present. The house was perfect and the exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy, plenty of room to hang out and have conversations and enjoy being together!

This property worked well for my husband and me. We were attending an event at the BOK center every day, and the drive to the Center easy. We appreciated that. Home was well furnished and we enjoyed preparing some of our own meals.

The house was perfect for a Bachelorette party! Plenty of space for 6 adults. It was clean and cozy! The owner was very kind and made sure our stay was great!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is exactly as listed. Plus there were a few fun additions, like the gold flatware! The beds were clean and comfy! The TVs had ALL the channels and were easy to navigate! We didn't need to do laundry, but we were thankful to fluff our packed clothes! And... our hostess was the best and responding to me immediately! We would definitely stay there again!

This 3 bedroom cottage has been remodeled, but still retains many beautiful 1920’s architectural details. It has been professionally decorated with a modern, spa-like feel. It has a beautiful chef kitchen and washer/dryer access. It is located in the sought-after Renaissance neighborhood on a very quiet street not far from the Univ. of Tulsa. It shares a driveway with the next door neighbor, but has a private carport that fit our older Honda Pilot SUV. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this house!
