It was great stay overall ~ One recommendation- please provide the towel bar/rngs and some wall hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. Thanks!

Rooms and overall home were new and very clean and modern. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom so no problems getting ready for Disney in the morning.

Nice property. The service could have been a lot better. 2 hours delayed check-in. We had 9 people and 8!! Towels. Loose pavers in the front of the property, very unsafe. A pile of garbage remained in front of the house the whole 7 days. The pool was dirty the first 2 days, after that I didn't trust the water. Received no compensation of any kind.

Pool need to be clean and also the house need a Grill, the rest is great.

Ants were in the upstairs restroom….. there was hair on the beds and pillow cases for previous guests. A hole was in a wall in one of the bedrooms. Definitely not what the pictures make it out to be.

Over all the house was good for our one night stay, you can tell it’s a new rental and no one’s ever lived there because it isn’t stocked (ex kitchen ) with everything you’d expect when renting a house. One of the main draws was the private small pool but unfortunately it was very green and needed a good scrubbing so we weren’t even able to use it. There are two huge sliders which let beautiful light in during the day but unfortunately they don’t have curtains or any kind of privacy from neighboring units at night and the same with the front door it’s just clear glass with no option for privacy at night. My main complaint is that the house listing says check in is 3pm but the day before our scheduled arrival the owner messaged saying we couldn’t get in until 4pm luckily we were driving but if you’re flying and schedule a flight per the check in time it’s very frustrating that it isn’t correct on the listing. Construction right now in the area is horrible but it is a very nice 20-25 min drive to Disney area if that’s on your agenda! Overall we would book again if some of the mentioned issues were resolved.

First time in a town house , was in a great location and close to all that we needed ! Janet was amazing and supported all of our needs throughout the stay. We had a few issues which were new to us, no kettle was in place and being British its a must have and we werent used to using the microwave to complete our drinks. There was no iron or hair dryer and some oven pans werent in place all were reported and we got a steamer and some oven ware the next day. We understood as the place is very new and Janet looked to address. On the whole we would visit again and Janet was an excellent host, Crocs in the pond outside the front door were amazing to see every day and all fenced off so no worries. Pool and gym across the road were great quality ! thank you Janet for letting us stay and your help on the last day !
