Location - quiet. Lovely refurbished old palace.

We enjoyed the property but encourage the owners to leave tips for travellers - nearest supermarket, local markets, places that people might consider for dinner etc Also leave details of wifi connection when clients check in and where to dispose of rubbish.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the property we stayed at—it surpassed our expectations. It has been freshly renovated, and luckily, a large part of the original building's architectural elements have been preserved. The current design, an extraordinary combination of wood, metal, and glass, is tastefully done. Special thanks to Francesco for the way he welcomed us and gave us a tour of the property, for recommending restaurants in the area and for all the care. Also, for Alessandra for her assistance, the way she answered to all our questions and helped us with the transfers as many times as we needed. During our stay, we celebrated my sister's birthday, and we couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful and special than what we experienced. The access to the old town and tourist attractions is very easy, and everything is within walking distance. We can only express our gratitude for this wonderful experience and confidently recommend this place.

The rooms were absolutely stunning! We did not expect them to be so beautiful.

I would recommend extra towels are put in the rooms if guests are staying longer then 2 days. I would also recommend all beds are made up in the rooms in case there is two people but they do not want to share the double bed.

The location is perfect for Ostuni. Recommended from that point of view and nice and clean. We didn't get to use the tub advertised on the website - beware this is not a hot tub as I presumed but a beautiful shallow pool fed by a natural spring and so not heated.

Whats App is used to contact you re arrival time - not much good if you don't have data abroad.

A very gorgeous hotel, new, clean and spacious. Staff were all very responsive and lovely. A package of real coffee and Italian coffee pot rather than a Nespresso machine was a very nice touch. Just couple of minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
