We were a group of 7 friends traveling from South Dakota to go leaf peeping but we also wanted to visit the beach. Great location because we were within walkable distance from the beach and centrally located to everything. We went to the grocery store and cooked for ourselves for a couple of meals and then we ate out for the rest. There were two garage spaces for parking and plenty of room in the driveway for parking our huge vehicle. The home was on a very quiet cul de sac off the quiet road in front of the home. We could see the waves breaking onto the highway to the north from the dining room window. There was tons of beach things in the garage for guests to use. We played Scrabble and Spoons at the large dining room table and drank wine laughing until late at night! We enjoyed our stay at this home.

There was really nothing we didn’t like. However, as a consideration for older adults there are a lot of stairs because the home has three levels. There is the garage entry level, then the first floor with bedrooms, and then the main living area. This was not necessarily a negative just a consideration if mobility is an issue.

It was right near the ocean.

The property was in pretty good shape other than missing some siding and a couple small things. It was great. The refrigerator did have a broken drawer in. Appliances are a little outdated door was broken on microwave.

Short walk to beach, upstairs ocean views, indoor garage parking.

Was not clean. Could use some more furniture for a large group.

Location was very good.

Keyless entry to front door did not work and no mention was made in prior communication about a lock box or the code needed to access it. Required calling Vacasa and fumbling around in the dark to gain entry. Upstairs tub drained poorly and tub door was broken.

Great location. Great view. Cozy beach house with lots of room inside.

The trash and recycle bins were inside the garage, overflowing and stinky when we arrived. We took the garbage bin outside. The cleaning staff must have missed the garbage truck or maybe they expected us to handle it.
