We loved the location of the property as it was away from the busy areas and yet it didn't take long to get to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Sonya, our property manager, was really fantastic to work with. She responded promptly to requests and was very kind. The house is clean, has all the amenities we were looking for - pool and hot tub and right on the beach. Great eating areas and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Also appreciate the washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

We travel a lot and typically stay at high-end hotels. Took a chance on this one and loved it. Can’t imagine going back.

From the moment we walked in to the home we felt welcomed and at ease. Everything was exactly as you see on the website. The property manager was waiting for us with a lovely food tray that was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. Rooms were comfy, pool and hot tub were fantastic and everything was thought of. Couldn't ask for a better vacation. Location was also good. Far enough from the crowds in Georgetown but not too far from any area on the island.

Our winter getaway was perfect staying at Present Moment. Great layout, extremely well equipped kitchen, best outdoor patio area with pool and hot tub and grill overlooking the beach. The charcuterie board was such a wonderful surprise and the property manager was quick to meet our questions. We loved every minute there- hope to be able to return one day!

This was a lovely home! Just what the family needed. The location is in a small neighborhood and a bit far from most things. This was our first time in Cayman so picking a location was in us. The view, however, was beautiful. The home was well equipped, clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great house overall - The pool was beautiful and right on the beach w/ great shelling. Easy driving distance to East End, Northside, and the West part of the island. Found lots of great food locally in Bodden Town and Savannah too !

I would highly recommend this vacation home. The house was beautiful and the pool/sun area is second to none. You will definitely need to rent a car. This home is conveniently located in between Rum Point and 7-Mile. My family was able to easily explore the entire island. Very close to 2-Must See Restaurants - Grape Tree Cafe (Best Fish Fry on the Island) 0.5 Mile Away - The Czech Inn Grill (Incredible Food & Great People!) 1 Mile Away Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Present Moment. Plenty of space for everyone (we were a family of 5- 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12-17)- kids enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. Was nice to have starter set of shampoo/conditioner/soap provided in each bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed when we did cook. Property manager was great and very helpful. We especially appreciated the charcuterie board upon our arrival on Sunday since the grocery stores are closed on Sundays. House came with 6 beach chairs and an umbrella - great for daily beach trips!

We absolutely loved this property! It was very clean, Sonya our host was AMAZING and very responsive to the 2-3 questions that came up. We love staying in Bodden Town, nice and quiet but still a quick drive to any portion of the island. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

This was our second time to stay at Present Moments. We love this house and location. Bodden Town is conveniently located to both the East and West Ends of the island. The pool and hot tub offer unparalleled views of the ocean. It’s wonderful to walk the beach and see active sea life and shells/coral. The host provided a delicious charcuterie board upon arrival and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions or problems.

Great property. Exactly like shown. Full amenities including beach towels,chairs,coolers, and float toys to make going to beach more fun. Soft sand beach at property but water is rocky and I swim able. But we loved watching the surf and sound of ocean and view of sunrise. Very prompt repair service on small problem with air conditioner -and it was Sunday morning! We would definitely recommend this to friends.

We had a great time. The house had everything that we needed. The property manager was always available to answer our questions. Accommodations were great and the view was amazing.

The house and pool were nice but the beach was loaded with giant piles of seaweed and trash and even broken glass. The water was always brown from all the seaweed washing up. If you want no seaweed and a nice beach do not stay on this side of the island.

This house is beautiful and modern. The space was perfect for two families of four. The bunk room was perfect for all 4 kids. The master bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean to wake up to each morning. The pool and back patio and deck areas were great for watching the sunrise, meals, and hanging out around the pool. The kitchen was very well equipped with enough silverware and dishes, pots and pans, Keurig, Nespresso and pods for each; a regular coffee pot and a tea kettle. We felt very much at home. We cooked meals most nights and had everything we needed to prep and cook in the kitchen. Jennifer was very easy to get ahold of whenever we had questions and if we didn't catch her she responded quickly. We had to contact her twice about the hot tub not working and she did everything she could to help us in a timely manor.Helpful tips: This house is approximately 25-30 minutes from the airport and it was $160 for all 8 of us to go to the house via cab. It is about the same distance to get around to 7 mile beach. You may want to rent a car or budget for taxi rides. Grocery stores are closed on Sunday. Our closest store was about 15 minutes to drive to(Foster's IGA Savannah). The end of May is rainy season and it rained all but one of our 7 days. (We actually didn't mind, it didn't stop us at all, but I know it would be a game changer for some.) . The sargassum covered the beach on this side of the Island 10 feet up into the sand and about 50 feet out into the water, so there was no swimming or playing on the beach by the house. We were told this is seasonal. Not to worry though, there are plenty of beaches to visit on other sides of the Island! We loved getting out and exploring the beautiful Island and then having a quiet house away from all the crowds to come back to. Highly recommend the Lobster Pot and The Wharf to eat. The Turtle Farm, StingRay City, Royal Palms Beach Club on 7 mile Beach were some of our favorite places. They made for great day trips. We made a lot of great memories and had a wonderful trip!

This was our second trip to the island and the selection on the South shore proved to be ideal, far enough from Seven Mile Beach to allow us ‘quite time’ but close enough that we could do all the restaurants and enjoy the beach on a day trip. The Luxury Cayman Villas staff was great, always available by phone and very attentive as we settled in and had questions. The house itself is well appointed and maintained, and with a bunk room, it was ideal for the children. The setting is beautiful, right on the water, and whether watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee or set with a cocktail, tranquility abounds. The pool is large and inviting as well as the Spa, but here is where we had a disappointment. Unfortunately, the heater for the Spa had broken just before our arrival and replacement parts were not going to be available until after we departed. This was a great disappointment to the group as this was one of the selling features that lead us to select this otherwise lovely home. The staff apologized and advised if any other property were available they would have moved us, but they were fully book. Still Ann let us know that they would make it right for the inconvenience, and they did, rebating a reasonable portion of our rent to compensate for the property not being perfect. All in all we still had a great and relaxing vacation and very much appreciate the efforts on the part of the staff to make us comfortable. Especially nice was the way the company handled the one problem with the home; this is a company that we will return to again for our next Cayman vacation. The reality is, the house needs some updates and up-keep. We found mould on the soft patio furniture, the beach was raked once then a stormed hit and the seaweed never got raked again and made it stink. The stuffed ottoman in the kids room had open seams, one of the kids step-drawers had shells, peanuts and rocks in it and there was no WIFI signal in the kids room. Th outdoor fan did not work, one of the sensor lights did not work and one of the grills of the BBQ did not ignite. Additionally, many of the door hinges needed fixing. On the positive side, the Concierge team was fantastic and very responsive. Any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner and they were very helpful in making bookings and recommendations. The house itself was very well stocked at all times with towels, coffee, detergent and gave you many options for different coffee machines. The pool was as in the pictures and fantastic. All -in-all, it was decent value for the money.

We had some maintenance issues (which really couldn't be helped as this place seems to constantly have visitors) and Nicola the property manager was quick to respond and help resolve the issue. The location worked for us as we wanted to visit both the 7 mile beach area as well as the east end and north side of the island.

We hosted a work offsite at the beautiful Present Moment, the layout was perfect for our small group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day out of the office. The views were spectacular and the patio space was a great area for both our lunch and dinner. The management team have been fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the island.

Great stay on Grand Cayman at Present Moment. The home and pool are amazing with everything we need. Yes it is a little off the beaten path, but that's the Beauty of it. We discovered the various beaches during the day (7 mile, smiths, and others) coming back later in the day to swim and watch the waves roll in. Really not a bad drive and felt nice to be away from the crowds. Very relaxing and peaceful. Would have liked a beach you can swim more on, but loved the waves. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful home and location fine unless you are interested in being closer to the 7 Mile Beach action. Really not a very swim able beach. We rent homes every year on different islands and the experience with Luxury Cayman doesn't compare. 1) Not greeted at the airport and so with no real data access, finding the home was not easy. 2) supposedly we are supposed to have Magic Jack at the house to call the states but it doesn't work 3) pool is not clean and has large pieces of peeled paint from the house so not sure when it was cleaned last. 4) some of the remotes don't work and not sure if batteries need replaced but had to improvise to change channels in the dish network. 5) here with 8 people and went to use the grill for burgers and dogs. There is a sign on the grill that says not to use the far right burner, but the middle burner doesn't work either. Had to cook in stages since not everything fits in one burner. Not sure what we will do with the other food we planned on grilling. Again, the house is nice bu
