This house was well-appointed and clean. We enjoyed the oversized hot tub, incredible basement game room (with multiple TVs for watching the Olympics), expansive views and outdoor fire pits. The location is great for easy parking and access to the trolleys. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at this spacious property! It feels new and clean with plenty of room inside and out. We enjoyed the views from the decks and hot tub. And the daily driveway visits from the "chill" black bears that live in the woods below the house were a highlight for the kids!

I recently stayed at this fantastic condo and had a wonderful experience. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was a huge plus for convenience and privacy. The property itself was truly phenomenal, with a jacuzzi that felt more like a massive pool - a hit with both the adults and kids in our group. The views from the condo were stunning, making every moment spent on the deck a delight. During our stay, we were delighted to spot a bear, and it was incredibly cute! The modern decor and organization of the house, complete with labeled items, added to the overall top-tier experience. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Bear Bottoms certainly delivered. The cabin was exceptionally clean and spacious. Every home amenity was available. All 6 couples raved about the space and decor. We will certainly book again in 2025.

The Cloud 9 cabin was amazing place to spend a short family vacation. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed for preparing meals. 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators were super helpful! I would highly recommend these hosts and would love to visit again in the future.

The house was absolutely wonderful! Everything met our expectations and was exactly like the pictures showed. Very clean and check in was easy with the keypad on the door. We did have a few questions once we got there and my texts were answered within minuets by the owners. The view is spectacular and the location is great - just and short drive into Gatlinburg and pretty close to Pigeon Forge as well. We were very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The house was amazing. We saw bears every day. It had everything we needed! It was fantastic! Just a heads up the kitchen sink in the island is leaking at the faucet and the bedroom on main floor by dining area the fireplace stopped working.

The cabin was beautiful. Exactly like the photos. Beautiful views. Just wish you can check in before 4pm because you have to be out by 10am. So they should atleast do check in at 3pm and check out by noon. The roads getting to the cabin extremely dangerous. The owners of those properties should get together and force the city to increase the safety on those roads. " Dangerous". Would love to do a winter trip but not with the way the roads are now. Overall, wonderful trip, beautiful well maintain cabin.

My family and I went to celebrate a bachelorette and a family member who recently went through and amputation. It was the perfect get away, beautiful, clean and comfy to get away from all of our problems. Enjoyed from the spa, game room and the calmness of the entire home.

An oasis in the Smokey’s! The ideal place for a group of 12. Hanging around the fire pit, enjoying the hot tub, playing pool, watching football on the big screen TV, great view of the mountains! Everyone had their own bathroom which is a big plus! The home is beautiful, clean and very spacious. We will book again!!

This is an amazing property! It is new, clean, well designed, and well appointed. There is an excellent game room for all ages and the oversized spa makes it hard to leave the house. The view is excellent and the location is less than 2 miles from the main Gatlinburg festivities. We will definitely stay here again!!
